The bathroom door was missing a the locking mechanism, the refrigerator was also really loud. Normally I don't have any issues with Extended Stay properties but this location could use some maintenance.

It was the WORST night I’ve ever spent in a hotel. Do NOT let them assign you to Room 212; it vibrates, shook, and rumbled all night from the laundry room below. Three calls to the front desk at 10:30, midnight, and 3:45 am, and they did NOTHING to resolve the issue. During check out the staff on duty said they’d had complaints before and told me to contact the GM for a refund. Three phone calls and an email later I still haven’t heard back from them.

The hotel is pretty badly maintained. The bathroom had mold growing, room floors went clean. There was a cockroach in our room as well.
They front desk guy was pretty rude and unhelpful too

The TV remote was not in the room or shampoo. We went to the front desk at 9 pm age there was no one there to help.

The room that I chose was not available, and I had to pay an up charge for another room. The other room was very smelly and right next to the laundry room not the most comforting place to rest.

Black mold in every shower! I have stayed 4 times at your hotel and that was the last time. Black mold is dangerous to your customers and your cleaning crew is not doing its job. You will eventually be liable for some person suing you for health reasons. The last visit for me will be my last and will not recommend your hotel ever to any of my friends or associates.

Terrible stay! Reached our destination after 4 hours of driving only to get a call from the hotel that Hotels.com had overbooked and we had to go to another hotel in Richmond, much farther away. I told them that was unacceptable so they offered us a King bed and a pull out sofabed instead of 2 queen beds. Check in staff was rude and not helpful, did not offer us bedding for the sofa bed, so we had to go back downstairs at 11:00 pm to get it. Sofa bed was not fit for sleeping, had a rut in it, bedding was inadequate! The hotel generally was dirty and the whole place needs renovated. I would never recommend this place and probably won't use your app again.

Many of the amenities were closed due to not passing city standards, and the gym was 2 treadmills one of which the track had completely ripped. Lots of bugs, and the offered cooking utensils were incredibly cheap, Teflon, flaking, and not fit for use/didn’t feel safe cooking with. Ended up buying higher quality and unused cooking supplies at the Grocery outlet down the road for $30. Was a fight to get clean towels.
The younger lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful and patient and was so nice, and she was able to answer and address a lot of our questions during our stay.
Overall tho, wouldn’t stay here again, didn’t feel worth the cost.

Elevators stopped working and a false fire alarm went off at 11:35pm my last night waking me out of a dead sleep; glad the alarms work but this was just one of a couple issues. Noise level in my room from hallway was really bad, meaning I could hear way too much going on. The thinking and thudding from rooms above and next to my room made it a little loud. Staff was somewhat nice and accommodating. Otherwise stay was just fair.

There was a lot that happened during my stay. The conditions of the room wasn't the worse but still noticeably bad. The refrigerator did not work and there was a constant smell in the halls and rooms. The bed was always shaking from something downstairs. Elevator was down most of the time. And on my last night at 12am where I had to get up at 6am for a flight a fire alarm went off that was a false alarm. Apparently that had happened the second time in the past week. It was not a pleasant stay.

There were several problems at the property and the alarm went off last night at 11:30 PM and a lot of the residents had the vacate the property not happy we would like a full refund

The room phone did not work, false fire alarm was triggered at 11:40 pm, horrible breakfast(just coffee, no water, no protein), no shampoo inside de unit, small towels, hair in between the bed sheets, made me wondered if the bed was changed /cleaned.

Rude and unhelpful staff. I was overbooked and he told me I need to call and fix it. I told him it’s their mistake and made him call.

The front desk staff were very rude and unprofessional. No management on site during the weekend. Found a used condom under our bed! The building itself is run down and old, nothing like the pictures. The door handle to our room broke off, but maintenance came quickly and fixed it, he was very friendly.

Brian was amazing and welcoming. Seen he takes alot and is single handedly on his shift. We felt bad for the way he had to rip and run not too mention the way other guest spoke to him and treated him. Peter needs to take a page from Brian's customer service 🙄. Brian went above and on beyond

On arrival, we were told that the third party oversold and they do not have a room available for us. After making several calls, finally magically one room opened up. There were many other guests in similar situation. Property description shows swimming pool which is closed by the county and says free breakfast but no breakfast is available except for coffee/tea and some bars. Property description should be updated to accurately reflect amenities and overselling should be immediately and permanently stopped.

Nice, clean hotel that was a great location if you're headed to Muir Woods. Beds weren't super comfortable and any essentials you need such as shampoo require a trip to the front desk. Breakfast consisted of coffee tea and hot chocolate. There was nothing to eat at 9:00 a.m.

This property was absolutely disgusting, and filthy. I would have NOT booked this hotel had known this. The pool was closed by the county, the bathroom floor was literally lifting off the ground, there was mold in the shower, stains all over, the carpet was sticky. Just down righr disgusting.

We had a shorter stay. We liked having the kitchenette, it gave us a place to put our leftovers when we went out to dinner. The room was clean, but the TV was going out and the phone was broken.

We wanted to stay here so kids could enjoy indoor pool, but it was closed. This is in a Santa Rosa, the outskirts of San Francisco and they don’t have money to fix the pool? I don’t believe that. We should have some refund or reimbursement since we were not aware the pool was going to be closed. We could have stayed at many more places with cheaper options. Plus our room smelled like urine and they could not accommodate anything to help with that. On top of that, the “breakfast” was only muffins hidden in a cabinet and coffee. This was less than what I thought was the bare minimum for a breakfast. Even Mississippi ( the poorest state in the country) has better breakfasts than this! I’ll make sure to stay away from Extended stay hotels from now on.

Unfriendly staff, pool was out of service, bathrooms were out of service, vending machines were absurdly expensive, neighborhood was sketchy, what they call breakfast was a couple packets of oatmeal, constant noise from the freeway, and the entire place from top to bottom was filthy.

Pool was closed sadly, gym was in poor condition.
Coffee was Luke warm breakfast was non existent! Each morning there was nothing left! Staff were barely courteous. No bar!

This hotel has guests that stay for a long time so there are stovetops, a fridge and microwave in the rooms. Unfortunately, people were cooking foods that did not smell good and it drifted into the hallway and room. There should be complimentary air fresheners for guests. It’s also next to a freeway so noise is an issue. The staff was sweet and the price was decent for a room. Didn’t visit the pool or spa

This hotel was a more affordable option for the SF Bay Area and we had a wonderful trip. The hotel itself was not in great condition. You had to ask for shampoo and conditioner sit any basic amenities. We requested an extra cot and sheets and they never arrived. The entrance way had a chemical smell and the pool was closed down by the county for two months, but there was no indication of this on the website and the kids were really disappointed.

As we arrived the receptionist was leaving for a 30 min break. The sign said “short staffed.” To her credit she came back and checked us in. However, when we got to our room we could not access it as our key cards had been incorrectly programmed. We got functioning key cards when she returned from her break.
There was a lot of freeway noise in our room. There was no shampoo or conditioner or body wash. Only bar soap.
The room was a generous size.
