This Hotel and it staff made you feel like you were at home. The Breakfast was a fantastic buffet, and they changed what they served from day to day which is wonderful for people like me who stay several days.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Since it was Thanksgiving, there was no room service provided. The bed sheets were dirty and stained, and I had to go to the front desk to request a new sheet and change it myself. The swimming pool was supposed to close at 11 PM, but my room was directly above the pool, and even at 11:30 PM, I could still hear kids loudly playing in the pool. The floors were extremely thin wooden boards, so I could hear footsteps and even the sound of people showering upstairs! On top of that, the breakfast service was terribly slow at restocking items, and in some cases, they simply stopped offering them. Highly not recommended!

The room was cozy and clean, bathroom was spacious, the pillows were pretty hard and flat. Bed was comfortable except for the covers that felt like there were only 2 sheets with no blanket or a very thin one. The breakfast didnt have alot of variety other than the usual pancakes and waffles. Biscuits and gravey were tasty. Upon arrival, the front desk was involved in themselves and didn't give a friendly greet. They were very ho hum at check in. Asked for extra coffees and was told wasnt anymore.

The hotel was okay. Not as nice as other La Quinta hotels I have stayed at but not terrible. My biggest issue is that the tv in the room didn’t work. I called the front desk and they gave me a solution to try. I tried it and it didn’t work so I called them back. They said they would try to find a solution. I never heard back from any staff, so I never had working tv in my room.

liked the room, and hotel but i would judge a hotel from the sleep quality , which was worst here. AC fan doesn't work well --- room temprature was not well maintained and not enough ventilation for the same reason. i would preferably look for some other hotel in the same area.

Convenient to shopping. The complimentary breakfast wasn’t bad, but could be a little better for a long day of hiking.

We had a bed that was so hard we couldn't sleep, the TV was not st up, we had to try and figure it out. I dont believe we will stay there again.

Terrible service. Front desk had a bad accltitud, guess bathrooms in the lobby disgusting. Exhaust fan in our bathroom was broke, couch bed terrible conditions my family had to sleep in the floor, pool had to much chlorine, brakfast room too small, potatoes was cold my mom had to wait 20 min before she gets hot water for her tea, elevator sounds like was breaking apart key for the rooom failed couple times. I definitely not recommend this place to nobody.

Our room is close to the road. It’s noisy due to the traffic. Our bathroom is clogged. The shower head makes noise. I asked the staff to switch to another room, but all rooms were sold out

Great value for the money. Beds and pillows were very comfortable which made for a restful sleep. The location was very convenient to get to and there were plenty of food options available within walking distance. I would recommend it.

The stay was great. Indoor pool and jacuzzi is a nice touch. Breakfast included was your typical continental breakfast, which was really good (especially the choices of juices). Would stay here again if needed to be back in Visalia. Be careful walking around the area, as many homeless people surround the property.

Suite 301 is in need of repair. Sofa is very worn out, huge touch up paint is needed throughout, bathroom door had a sloppy patch job on it that hasnt been completed. Maint department skipped this room.

It was a very clean hotel. Right next to the hotel there's an adventure park with go carts, miniature golf, batting cages, which js perfect for the family. Quiet area

Walls were a little thin but overall had an amazing stay .. comfy beds.. Very good breakfast... Loss to eat surrounding hotel.. Safe area.. Highly recommend.

Just popped in for the night after the Sprint Car Race in Tulare.
Stayed here many times with family and solo. Always friendly staff, clean and can't beat the indoor pool when it's over 100 degrees outside.
Breakfast is always yummy as well.

Nice place inside but they had a lot of cockroaches outsider in the parking lot. The fire alarm also turned on twice once at six and again at seven in the morning. Not a great way to wake up.

The hotel is very clean, the breakfast is good and the staff is great. Overall, the property is in good condition, but I took off a star because there are some cosmetic repairs here and there that need to be made.
