It has been great. I got there a little early and was able to do my check in, just had to wait for the key. I also forgot my shampoo and they got some for me. My wife wanted tea and they were able to get her some.

The staff are excellent the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The room was awesome I stayed another night because it was so nice for the price even tho the refrigerator did not work I didn’t mind because I just used my cooler the only thing I didn’t like is having to use a key card for the elevator

Love that there are a lot of restaurants in walking distance and Starbucks is down the street. The room was clean but A/C did have a bad smell occasionally and tv was not smart so no Netflix available, only basic channels. Overall nice hotel, already booked my second stay.

Bed was to hard 😬 we were there for medical reasons and had to spend the night. But I could hardly get a good night sleep. Bed to hard in my opinion

There was no hot water available. Very disappointing to have to take a cold shower. I paid too much for a room with no hot water. Unacceptable!

Friendly staff, clean and quiet. Beds are comfortable and noise proof window.. slept in a quiet comfortable space! Breakfast was also delicious and coffee machine was amazing.. fresh coffee every time, at anytime. Definitely staying next time.

The hotel was very clean, our room was clean, the down side is the mattress was very hard couldn't sleep, our hips ached most of the night....

The service of the hotel's personnel was acceptable but nothing extraordinary as we experienced a few issues at the check in process at the counter, but nothing major, so all in all it was a decent experience.

This was an extremely noisy property.
We could hear the pipes inside the walls in the first room we got. (201)
In the second room (315) we could hear everything from the guests above us. We had to call front desk to put a noise complaint at 3 am.
Walls and ceilings are so thin that we heard the phone ring when front desk called those guests above us.
Staff was nice and helpful.
Breakfast was OK, average.
But if you are expecting a restful night sleep, I guess this is a hit or miss.

The WiFi on the fourth floor wasn’t working at all. I asked for a room away from outside noises and I was put in a room where outside club music was loud. Also other tenants were noisy on the fourth floor.

Loved that security is patrolling all day and night. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety. The only complaint I have is the toilet seat is terrible. It moves and the toilet paper is far away. The shower curtain could be a little longer too since the water was coming out. Otherwise, great place to stay. I'm definitely staying there next time

Rooms are small, but clean. Only complaint is that the beds are uncomfortable, making it hard to get some sleep. Otherwise, everything was great. Love having breakfast options onsite and not having to worry about finding a breakfast spot.

Good location, good service, clean and great breakfast!
My only suggestion is in regards of noise. My room was the far end of third floor and I could hear many voices in the aisle and the elevator chime. But other than that, it was a good experience.
