This is a No Frills hotel that was a good price for what they had to offer. The room was clean and comfortable. I slept well in the bed. Not any in-room amenities and the TV remote didn't work very well, but apparently they also have a pool and a hot tub. The morning breakfast was quite generous with food items and the hotel had free parking. I would stay here again for a night or two, but probably not a long-term stay. Very close to restaurants, shopping, and easy to get to from where I was working in Madison.

Very efficient check in & out. Room was awesomely clean & fresh smelling. Extremely comfortable bed & amazing linens. The room was great. Enjoyed our one day get away for the Badger game.

I had to check in late due to an emergency at home. I had booked through Hotels.com but was charged that night. It was late, I needed sleep. I sent a message the next morning and when I went to check out they had already noted my refund. I really appreciate that! The room was huge and I can see it being great for an extended stay. I grabbed a muffin from breakfast on my way out the door

The hotel was clean. The neighborhood seemed safe. It's in a good location with plenty of parking. The only comment was that the breakfast was just ok. Nothing special. This may be because it's an extended stay hotel with kitchens in the rooms. People may make their own breakfasts if they are staying there for an extended time.

This hotel is okay for short term stay. Bed was comfortable, and the room was large.
Cons - we had to wait for a receptionist to check us in. It seems like there’s not enough staff.

I stay here often. Take a first floor room if you like tall ceilings. Having a few slot machines in the hotel provides a little entertainment, too!

Great place to stay when you are in Madison. It was close to downtown. It was clean and had a lot of amenities like kitchen and free coffee. I would stay there again.

Loved staying here. First hotel we have stayed at during our cross country trip that actually felt clean and take care of. Good breakfast. Large, clean room. Did smell a bit musty upon first entering but dissipates once inside with the door closed. Not sure why it smelled like that, since the bathroom and room seemed very clean. Love the hard”wood” floors getting put into hotel rooms now.

Clean room and property, friendly staff. Adequate breakfast with various options. Pool and hot tub nice but look like they could use some tlc cosmetically. Overall, would stay again due to convenience of close enough to downtown Madison and but outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown. Bars and restaurants also near by. Try the Tipsy Goat - walking distance from hotel - great outdoor patio with gas fireplace!

Our room was large- more like an efficiency apt with large refrigerator with an ice maker, garbage disposer and even a dishwasher. Breakfast was very good. An excellent value for the money!

Wonderful find in Madison! Very spacious room, clean and comfortable. Had delicious dinner at the nearby Thirsty Goat and breakfast had hot items along with a good variety of items. Would definitely stay here again! Staff friendly and helpful

Much nicer place than I’d thought it would be. Very clean, very nice room, good breakfast. The people are helpful and friendly. I’d definitely return when I’m in Madison again!
