We chose this hotel because of it's reasonable price. Was very satisfied . The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all that we needed for a comfortable stay. It is very nice for the price and we will use it again as we have family in the area.

Great staff. Carpets, especially in hallways, were stained. Beds very comfortable. Breakfast did not have mych variety.

The hotel was not clean and very run down. We had a suite and were told that we’d have e 2 Queens and ended up with a pull out for $300. The hotel is used for homeless people who were hanging out and smoking in front. There was dried blood on the sheets that were brought up. Such a gross hotel- never again!

Not only did I not enjoy my stay, it was the most disgusting experience I've ever had in a hotel. I am not paying for that room. My wife and I did not even stay there because it was so disgusting. We drove the two hours back to our house, because when we went in the bathroom the first night, there was pubic hair all over the place, and there was either feces or blood on (and under)the toilet seat. My wife was extremely upset and so was I. We literally left the hotel and drove home, and then drove back up to New Hampshire the next day because we were there to visit our daughter who is a student at the university of New Hampshire. We would have told your front desk personnel, but they were also rude and completely uncaring about anything when we checked in. There were people there yelling at them because they didn't know what they were doing, and there were other people hanging around the front of the hotel smoking and swearing. I've been traveling for decades for both business and pleasure, and I've been to hotels, both good and bad, but I've never experienced anything like this. I will not pay for this! Do not charge my card. If you do, I will file a case with the Better Business Bureau, and I will go on every single review site I can find online and crush your place with a bad review. Disgusting!

The room smelled quite bad and there was hair on surfaces all over the bathroom so I wasn’t confident in how well it was cleaned. They did, however, offer to move me to a new room when I let them know and they also said they are planning on remodeling.

Mostly fine, but no fitness center despite this being advertised

The jacuzzi tub was clean but the mirrors around it had handprints all over it. The rest of the room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. Overall, the room was a good price with a relatively clean appearance.
