Kash was super helpful getting out heating unit to work. the coffee in the lobby was good.

Our heating unit was not working initially. There was a terrible smell in the air. It started in the elevator and got worse as we approached our room. Someone brought in very pungent food, or cooked it in their room. It was so strong and there was no getting away from it. Also the side door card reader was not working. I had to park far away from the main entrance and it was very cold out. Because that reader was not working, I had to walk quite far to get into the building. When I mentioned this to Kash, and he acknowledged the smell, he did not offer to relocate our room to another floor.

I was on the 4th floor and the power was flickering due to weather. Took away the option of using the elevator.

no housekeeping , The bed needs to be replaced it sags in the center, no heat in the bathroom
