The TV was on the small side, considering the size of the room. But that’s probably more to do with my getting older and vision isn’t the best!

Breakfast was fair.

The hotel needs to be refreshed. The bathrooms are old and need updating. We could hear guests above us and the highway noise was disruptive. The location was great. The price was too high for what we got. This could be a nice small hotel with some major renovation.

Staff was pretty friendly, overall my room was pretty clean and in good condition.

the entryway smelled like tootsie rolls and melted crayons, a few hours after arriving, my hotel room started to smell like cigarette smoke for some reason. On my way to check out, the elevator smelled like weed.

Breakfast was weak

Hotel is conveniently located in a mall near I95. A couple of fast food places are within walking distance. Room rate is slighly lower than other hotels in the area. Check in was easy.

Room was smaller than expected. I had to get on my hands and knees to find and reach electrical outlets underneath nightstands attached to the wall. Breakfast was mediocre.

It was a process to get in because it was so late and I thought I was all set to get in the room because I had just got back and everything was paid for, only to find out I couldn't until check-in time. So I called the 3rd party I booked through and I even paid for half a day to get in for the previous day but it still wouldn't allow me to check in, so I had to wait until the next day. The 3rd party person hung up on me twice (one was while I was working out things with your host, then hung up on them as well) it was very frustrating. Everything else was fine,but booking through a third party was extremely difficult. I had to call them just to modify my reservation just to still get nowhere.

Like the simple continental breakfast and that there was vender machine so food was available all throughout my stay. Also it was closed to restaurants and store very easy to find.

The housekeeping was very poor bathrooms sink was cracked and discolored, taking shower the floors got wet regardless of screening , no microwave or refrigerator in room.

The pancake machine was a new one for me. Hadn't had pancakes in years; had to try out the machine; the resulting pancake was quite tasty, and much neater than the usual waffle machines. I wish you had a protein source like peanut butter.

Looks as though they had begun to make improvements, bathroom was clean, liked having the refrigerator and coffee maker. Staff was very friendly and polite.

Carpet was old with LOTS of stains nasty looking and that was everywhere halls and room, it made a horrible first impression. The first night they had children in the room above us that were running around for hours - maybe think about placement more. Coffee maker was nice but offered decaf pods so had to get non-decaf ourselves. No TV remote in the room at check in so had to go downstairs and get it ourselves.

Only thing that could have been better would be a coffee maker in the room and glasses instead of paper cups.

The room was actually creepy. Mirrors look like 2-way mirrors. Had a gross smell. Printer didn’t work. Ice machine On my floor didn’t work. I won’t stay there again.

What a comfortable Suite! I loved the simplicity of design and the extensive facilities. The bed was so comfortable everything was spic and span clean and to have a sink, microwave, and refrigerator made my stay so pleasant!

The iron was missing a part and the coffee was not up to par.
