Perfect hotel when you have to take an early fligth.

Terrible hotel, rooms need maintenance and renovating.

We used for our layover stay. Front support was really supportive for our trip. I really appreciated with their service.

This hotel is expensive compared to those close to the airport but has the advantage it is right at the airport and for a layover this is really convenient. It is not the grandest hotel I have stayed in, but is comfortable, the rooms are a good size, and the internet good. The breakfast could be improved as the fruit for example was ordinary and the selection for the cooked food limited. Dinner was better.

Very good location, but the rooms need renovation.. the hotel is a little overpriced for the quality, location is the main reason to stay here.

The shower had no hot water, only light warm water. Very bad. Complained at front desk, without any action nor any feedback from anyone. Terrible. And the food at the restaurant (salmon) not correctly prepared. This hotel used to be good, not anymore.

Great Service

The hotel is conveniently located between the domestic and international terminals. Within walking distance for either terminal. It was very clean and the staff were very accommodating. I would happily stay there again.

Spent one night here after my flight was cancelled. For $230 USD per night, I'd expect a lot more, even from an airport hotel. Rooms are fine but old-fashioned, without any USB ports to charge devices (I didn't have the local adapter for the power outlets), bathroom only has soap and shampoo as amenities, the water in the shower got too hot every few seconds so I had to step back from the water every time that happened during my entire shower, and the mattresses were too soft from regular use. I tried to order room service at 11:30 pm after checking in, but because, apparently, there was a lot of people at the restaurant, room service wasn't working at the time. None of these are deal breakers, and the hotel is conveniently located within a short walk of the airport terminals; but at $200 dollars per night, I expected a lot better.

This hotel is on the airport property. Completely quiet given all of the bustle going on around the hotel.

Convenience and flexibility a staff to accommodate travelers. Pool and hot tub were clean and indoor. Restaurant was tasty. Clean room with great shower.

This hotel does not comply with a good holiday Inn hotel. they don't even offer water in the room. The service is ok. The pool area very old. I guess, since it is inside the airport, they don't care if things are going well. They just take it for granted because people need to stay close to the airport

Would recommend this hotel for anyone with a quick turn-around in flights in Santiago. I don't know how I would feel about the hotel if I was staying there to visit the city overall, but just to get a nights sleep to get on a plane the next day it is the perfect choice; I wish I had done it earlier in my trip. Easy to walk to, the rooms were nice and large, surprisingly quiet being at the airport, and safe from non-paying customers.

I booked my stay to ensure I could grab a quick breakfast before my early morning flight. However, when I arrived at the breakfast area, the fruit and egg trays were empty. Due to my tight schedule, I couldn’t wait for them to be refilled and ended up skipping breakfast, despite having paid for it.

Great for an overnight stay between flights. Check-in was a little slow as a group all arrived together - self check-in desks would help. Breakfast was reasonable but not a lot of hot options. Staff were lovely and the room was large and spotless.

Our stay was a major improvement over our stay at this hotel about a week previously.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful city

Very convenient location for a break while in transit between flights. Easy to locate and walk to. Check in was very efficient.

The condition of the holiday inn was good, however,the temperature of the hotel was very cold. Are they trying to save money? There was was no heating in the place. The breakfast was very poor considering the normal standard that I associate with Holiday Inns.

It would have been really nice if there had been complementary bottled water in our room. We landed at 3am after flying 6 hours.

Convenient and comfortable

the person checking me in was kind of rude, the toilet broke on me, my door DID NOT lock from the outside, so I always had to risk someone breaking in whenever I went out. breakfast was okay.

2nd time we are here on our trip to Chile. Great plus for early flights or coming in late. Very, very convenient

Breakfast is late for my flight. Appreciate is you can have a quick sandwich corner.
