Service was great and there’s a shuttle that’s nice. The AC in the room needs repair and there was a musty smell in the room. Besides a few stains on the carpet and smell the room was generally clean.

The hot tub was great and breakfast was good. Free parking, walkable area and there is a shuttle. The cardinal area is right there. The outlet mall is too. There were a lot of dining options as well.

My scheduled event was earlier than I planned and the ladies at the desk were able to get me into the room early so that I could get ready. They provided transportation to the event and picked us up
afterwards. Everyone was kind and helpful. Breakfast was great. It was a very good all around experience.

Terrible noise coming from the room above, called front desk three times. They said they would send security but noise kept on until well after midnight. Couldn’t sleep, I ought to get a refund

The elevator was broken on 2 different occations and the air conditioning did not keep the room cool.

Front desk staff was very rude on my arrival. Did not greet me or my daughter, did not even direct me to the elevator. Room was not clean, asked for a different room and was told fully booked although website stated differently. Contacted the desk because people above me were so loud well Into the early morning hours. Front desk staff declined to reach out to them to ask them to quiet down. Overall it was a miserable night here and the polar opposite of the previous Holiday Inn Express stay at a different location just two weeks previous. Ask to speak to manager on checkout and was told the manager was “unavailable “

Very nice room. It was big but that might be because of the building shape. Clean. We could hook up a fire stick easily. The breakfast was good. Inprovement from the last time there.

They place was clean, customer service was great, room was nice and clean, the pool and spa was amazing, the morning breakfast 10 out of 10, the location is perfect, the only complaint I have is the shower had luke warm water if your lucky but mostly cold water. I dreaded taking a shower every day, also I did not take it to the front desk either. Other than that great place to stay!

The staff are amazing every single person o met working their where all polite helpful knowledgeable and kind. The lady in the kitchen area is such a sweetheart and works very hard tonmake sire breakfast is ready. The rooms are clean the gym is clean this really is a amazing place to stay.

We bought tix for the Cardinals and decided to stay instead of driving late back to Vegas. The location is great for the entertainment district and we walked easily and safely to the stadium, with little kids. Easy to find, friendly staff, let us check in early. Hotel seemed clean and newer, or recently renovated. For having little kids I appreciated the room, having a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. I enjoyed having the added bench as well as the hooks for all of our bags, having little kids we have a lot of baggage and the room allowed me to stay organized. Breakfast was great, good options and friendly staff. Swam twice, loved the pool and overall deck area. Recommend, would stay again, and paid a great price for what we got!

Breakfast was great but only offered until 9:30 so don’t sleep in.
One guy was erroneously questioned about his legal rights to be in the property as he was having breakfast and the thought he was homeless guy just getting a free meal. That was awkward, but in sure the hotel had had to deal with guys like that. He was a legitimate guest and I hope they offered him a discount for the embarrassment.
Another girl was led out in handcuffs but in not sure of the details.
I found definitely stay here again. Another service was nice to local restaurants. Several less than 2 miles away.

The check was nice. Until it was 82 degrees in the room. The AC Unit in our room was broken. They were nice to bring a portable AC to cool the room. The elevator had no ventilation in it. We were out of the room the next day for them to repair the unit. Not the best experience.
