It was a very nice place but it advertised to have an arcade room and they took it out in 2020 they need to update the website but i would stay again

The staff was accommodating. The breakfast was horrible.

Hotel room was extremely noisy. Could hear every car that drove by. Breakfast options were out of stock and not restocked over the 45 minutes we waited. Hotel room was nice and beds were comfy. Staff was nice and friendly.

We are platinum members of IHG and have stayed at a lot all over the country, this was definitely one of the worst ones. The hotel room had stains all over the floor, the bathroom was rusting in a lot of places, the lights wouldn't work right or would flicker, and the AC didn't put out enough air to fill the sq ft. And we used the pull out couch as well and the sheets in the cupboard for them were in a heap making me think that they hadn't been cleaned. It was dingy, damp, and dirty. We didn't even eat breakfast there because it didn't look like what you'd expect from a normal IHG. The staff were alright but a bit brash. We won't be staying here again.

I checked into this room to find the beds un-made and the sheets and pillows scattered about. I was promised a refund but they have not refunded me at this time and claim that I stayed there. Watch what you are doing at this hotel.

It was fine for what we paid and what we were looking for. No real complaints other than there was some slamming doors that were overly loud for some unknown reason.

Didnt stay still waiting to credit my money back

No complaints other than the breakfast. The biscuits had some mold and the cereal was stale. We opted to go to McDonalds rather than eat bfast at the hotel the second day. The ice machine was also out of ice. Our floor was quiet and the beds were clean and comfortable.

Overall it was a good hotel stay, I would stay there again, but there were a couple of concerns. We noticed the hallway carpet really needed cleaned when we were going to our room, there were candy wrappers and all kind of stuff. It was vacuumed the. Ext day. We went to the hotel lobby to get bottled water (they had a little shop area), but they were out. Ok. Then at breakfast we asked for cream cheese for the bagels, but they were out. Asked for peanut butter, they were out. Tried to switch to waffles, the machine was broken. They have full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the showers. The conditioner and body wash were out. Asked the front desk, the hotel was completely out. The 2nd day, our room was cleaned but toilet paper was not changed and was out. Back to the front desk (where the staff was super friendly and apologized) but they were out, they had to rob some from a cart on another floor and bring it to us. I realize this could all be supply chain issues, but it seemed to be a lot! But the room was clean and the staff was friendly and I would stay again!

THE BEST HOTEL! The entire staff here at Holiday Inn is excellent in both hospitality and customer service! Check in, the room, the bedding, air conditioning, toiletries, swimming pool, and breakfast were ALL on point! We were a large group (husband, wife, 4 kids, and a service animal) and no one made us feel awkward or uncomfortable, but went out of their way to accommodate our we've need. We started in room 218. Two king beds with a sofa bed.

Staff was great during IT shortage. Arcade was empty. Only strip malls around and not many local-only food joints. And the gas station next door had room temp. beer lol.

Clean place, quiet and safe. Friendly staff, the breakfast was okay.

It was very clean and up to date.

Staff was wonderful, responsive and polite. Hotel was clean and pool was cool with a hot tub experience. The only issue we had was the telephones did not work and the TV went out, but was fixed promptly.

The rooms nasty

We arrived and were told the hotel wifi was down which meant NO ONE COULD CHECK IN OR STAY THERE. The front desk people simply flashed a Post-It note with the name and number of another hotel in the area and said, "try this place". Keep in mind, it was 11pm at this point...

Good customer service

Room showed signs of wear in doors and floors. The blinds were broken and permanently closed. There wasn’t coffee in the room, so I got some pods from the front desk. I learned the next morning that the coffee maker in the room didn’t work, so the coffee wasn’t necessary. The staff handling breakfast did a good job.

Smelt like marijuana

This holiday inn was very clean and nice. The staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Would highly recommend!

It was ok the breakfast selection was sub par even for the Holiday Inn. Not many choices. Room had some stains and just not as well kept as other Holidsy Inns I’ve been to.

Hair found in our bed and shower at check in, carpets stained in room, itchy sheets. Our room was so gross we got up and left in the middle of the night. No refund given when I explained this to staff.

Excellent distance from everything downtown. It was very clean and felt like a very safe area.

As long as you didn't look down at the carpet, the room appeared very clean. The carpet, however, was extremely dirty with cigarette burns in the carpet and dark marks that reminded me of gum that has been on the sidewalk for weeks and is black. Beds were very comfortable though.

The first room we had did not have a refrigerator microwave or coffee maker. I went downstairs to tell the front desk the lady was behind a wall I had to ring a bell and she came out with an attitude because I interrupted her phone call. She acted like it was a bother that she had to give us another room. The other room was okay the beds were comfortable there was no water pressure but I did not want to complain and have to switch rooms again.

Good hotel, all the points for letting us check in early. We arrived at the hotel at about 11:30 after a 17 hour drive from TX, we desperately wanted a shower and a nap and were so happy when they told us there was a room available. Good customer service, nice rooms, comfy bed. The breakfast could have used a few more options but otherwise very good.

Staff was great! Room needed updating, door stuck on tile in bathroom. Hot tub jets did not work. Breakfast was very good and staff was great!
