To get there by car..better have small car and be proficient with hairpin turns in very tight streets. Staff was absolutely wonderful..Can not say enough about these fine people, beautiful views, and great charm of the location.

Great property right next to Catedral de Sevilla. Basically walking distance to most of Seville attractions/highlights. The room was beautiful and very comfortable. We opted for the Cathedral view and got a HUGE patio with our bed facing the Catedral. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was amazing and very helpful. The breakfast dining was great and the rooftop bar had amazing views. Excellent overall and highly recommend.

Beautiful property located next to the stunning sites of the cathedral and La Giralda. It was extra special as several Holy Week processions passed right by the hotel. We had pretty raul

Front desk people very fried and professional. Breakfast offering and service not great. Room very noisy from roof bars. no cups and saucers or tea bags in the room. i phoned down and requested a kettle, teabags and cups and saucers. It took 3 trips over the period of 1 hour to get them , and a teaspoon. nowhere to use a laptop - no desk, no chair. Only allow stool at the dressing area slab. overall not great apart from the wonderful position.

We did not realize, but it was EXTREMELY LOUD at night. The walls were very thin and we could hear every single thing outside of our window including the streets being cleaned and bell going off all through out the night. The pillows were extremely uncomfortable. And unsure if this was the staff or someone in the building but someone attempted to come into our room in the middle of the night. Thankfully they were unable to come inside but it definitely woke us up and we were unable to sleep for a long time after that.

Great location and tucked away so it doesn't tell busy once you're inside. Super convenient. Good size rooms given how central it is. Street can be a bit noisy but it's worth it if you get a room with a little Juliette balcony.

ABSOLUTE WORST HOTEL WE HAVE EVER BEEN AT EME needs to be exposed for what they are - an absolute scam. This hotel is IN NO WAY a 5 star hotel and the hotel marketing themselves as this is completely false advertising. This hotel provides incredibly poor rooms that feel like you’re staying in a warehouse, the rooms are not maintained, there is inconsistent water temperature making it impossible to shower or even wash your hands at times, and they have old furniture that should be in a motel. One of the major issues is the water temperature continued to come out scalding burning hot. My wife was in the shower and screamed as the water was scalding hot. The tub was clogged so the water was pooling at the bottom of the tub. No matter which way the thermostat valve was set the water was scalding hot. The front desk said it was a problem with the whole building. The doorman came up to our room and I showed him the problems with the sink. He stated he had been working at the hotel for one year and he HAS BEEN TELLING MANAGEMENT FOR THE PAST YEAR CUSTOMERS HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEMS WITH THEIR HOT WATER however they still have not done anything about it. We emailed the director of the hotel and were not even given an apology. We were just told the accommodations during our stay were satisfactory. This was absolutely not the case for so many reasons listed above. The director had a complete lack of empathy and offered no solutions. Ownership clearly needs a new director.

Amazing service and the people there will go the extra mile to make the guest happy, location is prime. It’s really in the center of all the attraction which comes with noise, but will save you a lot of commutes

Such a stunning location in the heart of the action in Sevilla - directly opposite one of the most beautiful buildings the Cathedral of Saville. The staff were extremely friendly and polite and spoke great English, which was great as my Spanish is non existent. Would love to visit again

The stay was spectacular, the staff made us feel welcome. The location, the view, and the convenience to tourist sites were all amazing. The management, especially Laura, was spectacularly friendly and extremely attentive to detail.

This is my second time visiting, the room was spacious and clean. Rooftop has a gorgeous view of the cathedral. PERFECT!

Nice sized room, comfortable, good shower. Nice reception area, very helpful pleasant staff.

Location, location, location with an amazing room terrace looking out to the Cathedral Giralda rooftop bars rooftop pool with same views. We were fine but accessibility would be fine for some as lift kept breaking (4 times we were aware of in 6 days) and only one bar open on the roof where we mostly had to carry our own drinks up and down several staircases to take them to the quieter terrace by the pool. Staff only offered to help carry or bring drinks over twice most of the time we had to cope. It’s a stunning hotel and location can’t be beaten but details on service just felt a bit lack-lustre / careless although everyone was very friendly and lovely.
