Oceane (female) who checked us in is very nice and helpful. She even gave us recommendations for restaurants and also, they were willing to accommodate our bags overnight while we took an overnight trip to the beach. Very responsive in WhatsApp. Don’t let the facade and entrance to the hotel fool you. It’s very nice and everything you want to see within walking distance.

Clean, comfy, great location. Though, the *included* breakfast is coffee and cookies.

I stayed at the property just for 1 night because of my flight, as I had fortunately booked a different apartment for the whole vacations period which was a lot better. The price for the single room was not at all value for money, so I would say this is not even an option for someone who wants to stay somewhere cheap. The building and the doors are very old and the single room I booked was in the middle of other 2 rooms (so no soundproof at all), without any view and the terrace out of the window was dirty enough not to be willing to go outside there. Also, there was not at all signal in the room, fortunately the wifi works fine. The room was clean, the bathroom and toilet are probably renovated but located very closed to the bed as the whole room is rather small (I was told it’s the single room, no photo of this on the site, though). Also, the roof is made of wood which made me anxious for the small possibility of any mouse 😬. Also, the pillows are very uncomfortable ! All in all, I suggest that for me, for one night was rather ok. I don’t recommend it for all the vacations period !! Some advantages: the staff was super kind and helpful and the location of course is the best !!! Near piazza Yenne, the port, via Roma and piazza Matteotti where the bus and the train station are.

If you need a central location you wont get a better property. You are walking distance to everything in this amazing city ....

Fantastic location but unfortunately my street-facing room was extremely outdated: single glazed windows that let all the busy street noise through, the single bed might’ve belonged to a 1950’s convent, the mattress and pillow was uncomfortable and my door was paper thin meaning I could hear my neighbour’s music and TV playing -eventually I switched on the AC which somewhat covered the noise. The shower is minuscule, maybe 70X90?

Simple room close to piazza Yenne and Via roma, so super central. The room was simple but the furniture was well chosen and the room was clean. Good value for money given the position.

Nice room located on the first floor (no lift) of an historical builing in the city center of Cagliari. Essential but nice breakfast in a renowned bar a few meters away from the b&b.
