The hotel is very clean. The hotel manager reponds positively to all our inquiries about the touristic insights of Colmar. The service team is very kind and professional. There is lady in reception who spreads smiles every where and she knows how to get hotel instructions intelligently. Overall the hotel deserves your stay.

Probably one of the smallest bedrooms Ive ever slept in. The bathroom in my previous hotel was larger. Breakfast food luke warm but evening meal was delicious.

Stylish, friendly staff with good English. Full breakfast with hot items. Great meals in the restaurant.

Good welcome on arrival. Fitted us in to resturant for evening meal inspite of having two large group bookings pre booked to eat. Small town location but convenient for onward travel.

This was our second stay at this handy hotel with very friendly staff. Breakfast is good, but dinner in hotel is overpriced for the the OK, but not exceptional, quality of the main courses. Deserts were excellent (if pricey). Car park is too small for hotel, and on-road parking is limited, but there is overflow parking in the field opposite. We have not had any problems with security here.

Overall this hotel was fine. It has a lovely large yard that was great for my three year old to play in. She loved the trampoline. The only downside was that there is no elevator and we were on the third floor with lots of luggage.

The location of toilet paper is not easy to use. For the rest, it's a good hotel. Staffs are friendly. Room size is good for 3 people.

We stayed for 2 nights. After first night when we asked for more tea bags we were told no and the room service never refill it later either.

Stayed here for one night on way to Italy.Friendly and helpful staff, very clean facilities. We stayed in the second floor just under roof during the summer heat, room was soooooooo hot through the night. We slept very badly with the heat, no conditioning, which made for dangerous driving the next day I think with the fatigue. I don’t recommend you booking the hotel in summer. Otherwise nice little hotel

Overnight stay here as part of a business trip. Very helpful and friendly staff. The menu was amazing and the food I had did not disappoint. If I had to pick a fault I would say that maybe the rooms aren't as quiet as they could be. But I would be being picky.

Nice welcoming gift, even small bread. The room is simply acceptable. A park a lot is nearby the street as free.

Overnight to see Colmar

Attendants are very kind. But Triple room is too small. Beds are very small but at least comfortable. No fruits in the Buffet. There was just a bat tube wthout courtain... No shower in the triple room...

Clean well appointed, good restaurant, friendly staff, dog friendly and a newly decorated clean room - perfect for weary travellers. Keep the phrase book handy though.

Polite staff and friendly. Wonderful menu and choice of food and good wines. Up to date shower equipment. Lovely rear garden for children to play.

Nice staff but there was no elevator so we had to lug our luggage up several flights of stairs. The room was almost too small to move around in. The cleaning staff was rude and knocked on our door several times before checkout. Overall okay stay. Would not go there again.

Enjoyed our two nights here. Very reasonable rates, friendly staff, and a nice restaurant. Be sure to try the local honey! Parking is in short supply and rooms are small and basic, but they had all we needed. I'd recommend this hotel even though it's about ten minutes from Colmar. I would have appreciated a couple of extra pillows, but the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant offers great food, good prices, and excellent service.

Clean and comfortable. Convenient for a day/evening out in Colmar which is a little known gem and and very well worth a visit in it's own right as well being a handy stopover between N.Italy and the Channel ports.

The rooms were very nice, clean and well-maintained. The outside play area was great for kids. Dinner was good, although not exceptional. We were there on a weekend and the hotel parking lot was full. Admittedly, our French is poor, so we had a little difficulty communicating with the staff.

Stayed for just one night en route from the Italian lakes to Rotterdam. Arrived just after 8:00pm. Car park was already full as was the on street parking in the immediate vicinity. Found a spot on a housing estate across the road though. Located in a lovely village easily accessible from the Autoroute. Location is ideal for visiting Colmar some 4 or 5 miles away, the Schlumpf Collection or for exploring the wine routes of Alsace. Check in was quick and efficient with good English spoken. The food in the evening and at breakfast was superb. A very good wine list as expected. The only disappointment from our perspective was that the rather bland coffee served from an automatic machine. Our room was comfortable but compact. Air conditioning would have been desirable if the weather had been any warmer. Would definitely consider this hotel if we were in the area again.

Hot so had to have window open. Smoke coming through window from neighbor. Oh spent one night although paid for 2. Never use expedia again

Great location, quiet and quite rural, very pleasant owner and staff, food very good. Room small but very presentable. No air-conditioning so on one of the hottest days of the year a little uncomfortable in that respect.

This was the second time we had stayed at this hotel on our way to Italy. The hotel is conveniently situated a short distance from Colmar. There was room to park the car on site but if arriving late it would be possible to park outside the hotel. The garden at the back was lovely to sit in with a drink after a long drive. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the evening meal which was beautifully presented and delicious. There was a good selection at the buffet breakfast which set us up for the day ahead. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely return.

Pros:This hotel is clean,cute and is a good price. Cons:I would only recommend it for someone that is traveling between Colmar and Frieburg and wants to get an early start in the morning. To get there drive east from Colmar till you reach the middle of nowhere and then turn right. We went in August and it was very hot in the room as there was only one window and no cross ventilation( no A/C). It is also situated next to a chicken farm. Cute until sunrise and then roosters start crowing (on and on and on). Expect to get up early.
