The staff was nice, the location is good and price is low

Staff was great—even gave me an upgrade to a room with a window (I did not realize I had booked a room with no window) There is no elevator in this budget hotel so climbing 3 flights of stairs was the drawback for me. It would be good to have this information listed.

Although not an impressive room, it is hard to argue with the convenience of it's location. It is right near the pier, bus terminal, and train station. If you are only popping into Aberdeen for a night/day, you don't need to rely on other transportation besides what took you to the city or what will take you out of it. There are also plenty of restaurants and a few tourist destinations all within walking distance.

Nice clean room with bathroom, covers basic needs.

Employee touched my daughter without her consent. When reported to front desk, they asked it not be reported, as it would make them look bad.

Good location, pleasant check in. I was given a bigger room for no extra charge which was a nice touch. Handy hotel if you just need a no frills place to stay.

Single rooms don't have windows and their ventilation is very poor (only activated by switching the bathroom lights on). Requests to change to a room with a window upgrades you to a double room necessarily, plus the extra £15 charge. Double rooms are just big enough for a person, and even with windows fully closed you can hear the chatter from outside. Beds are clean but showers are a bit moldy.

Really can't complain about the cost of this overnight in central Aberdeen. Ok it's noisy and could do with secondary glazing, the tv didnt work cos of lack of signal and no shower gel in the shower dispenser but the bed was very comfy and there was tea/coffee in room. Would def use again.

Property and rooms adequate for our needs opted for one extra night to finish the reason for the visit. Staff very accommodating and helpful. Would season in b b

Reasonable price, good location

I booked a single room based on the few photos available on Expedia but the room I got was not shown on Expedia. I stayed in something the size of a store room with no windows. I didn't specifically choose this room, but I feel if a room has no windows, it should be flagged in the booking. The room was literally the size of a single bed. Opening the door the room would fill half the room. It got incredibly hot during the night because of lack of ventilation, I had to prop the door open to let air from the hallway in. I can't imagine anyone staying in the room in summer, be warned. I don't think this should be a room, and it definitely shouldn't have been £45 a night. I feel taken advantage of. The only positive is that it was clean and well kept, else I would've left.

Nice and close to Aberdeen city centre and Airport bus just across the street Comfortable, clean room but my radiator wasn’t working.

Good value. Excellent location but very basic

Recently refurbished room, fresh paint etc, new fittings and fixtures including sockets by the bed. Bathroom needs a towel rail or hooks. Room could do with hooks too. Very convenient for the railway station, bus station and city centre shopping areas. Ideal for a one night stopover.

A warm welcome and a hot shower during Storm Gerritt. Basic, and mostly clean, just what was needed.

Only a small room for 1 night, but there wasn't a cup to make a drink - luckily I had one. Also the TV had a weak signal so that didn't work well.

I liked the relaxed welcome, shown efficiently to our room, The room was well presented, Immaculately clean, with lots of space for luggage, The bathroom was again immaculate, with lots of space. The bed was Super comphy, Clean and well made.

Excellent Service

Having to find something short notice due to husband in hospital it was ok. I booked a single room which was tiny but had everything except a window? Was a little clostraphobic but did and no where to plug in the kettle except the floor. Was right on a bus stop with direct buses to the hospital so that was good as I don’t know Aberdeen. Have booked another night but this time booked a double so hopefully it will have a window this time..

Hotel hard to find. Door locked until 1500 for check-in. No elevator and lots of stairs. Heat in bldg turned off after 9am then on from 4pm till bed time and turned off again at about 6am til 9.. No heat in bath and little circulation from bedroom. Stayed 2 nights because I prepaid with no reimbursement allowed. Moved to a near hotel. Would only stay again if no other options.

Clean, Well Furbished Hotel Ideal Location.

Difficult to find the property, the room was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom needs towel rails. Good location almost opposite the bus station.

Building and rooms are tired. Bedding and bathroom were clean, however, the carpet was very stained. Disappointed that there were not any dining facilities, so no breakfast before departure. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Great budget hotel. No thrills, clean,comfortable and affordable if your on a budget. I will certainly stay again.
