Easy accessible, close to the beach and shops

Reception was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was great, it had everything you would need such as a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, etc. I highly recommend this property as it would be a priority choice on my next visit.

Every thing was excellent

Location is good. Close to supermarkets, restaurants and cafes. Rooms are tastefully decorated and had everything that we needed for our stay.

Parking 🅿️ spaces were tiny

My daughter and I had a lovely stay at Tweed Ultima. We had a big apartment on the 8. floor with the greatest view and lots of space. I particularly loved the big balcony with sun in the beginning of the day☀️. Everything worked perfectly, and the reception staff was wonderful and very welcoming. They even had our room ready hours before the official check-in-time as I had communicated via email with them prior to arriving. Very great service when arriving with a young child who has trouble waiting☺️ We would definitely recommend Tweed ultima to anyone going to Tweed Heads/Coolangatta. Location was perfect too btw - short walk to beach and city center. Perfect!😀

Perfect location. Lots for families with young kids to enjoy. 5min walk to the woolies, parks and the coolangatta eat street.

The property is just so close to everything

The property manager was very pleasant and went out of her way to help us with booking in. We arrived early but she still booked us in.

Location, view, friendly staff, spacious apartment, excellent facilities.

Really liked our apartment..whilst it was clean and well appointed it could do with some updates. The carpet desperately needs to be replaced and the walls could do with a fresh coat of paint. Other than that it was a really lovely place to stay.

Walkable to things around the area like resturants pubs time zone etc.

Wonderful place to stay with all the facilities and amenities required for my family. Courteous staff and had a great time. Happy to thoroughly recommend the property to anyone who requires great accommodation.

The size of the room are great with fast internet plus the views is outstanding. Walking distance to everything you need when on holidays. Staff outstanding and very helpful.

This property is clean, lots of issues

Sensational apartment- very spacious with a fabulous verandah. Family apartments can feel cramped but it was easy to get some space from each other in this one and the en-suite in the main bedroom is a huge win! Great pool was well used by the kids despite the chilly weather! Staff were extremely helpful and supportive. Useful note for those with 4WD vehicle - carpark clearance is only 2m! Laundry inside main bathroom was used almost daily by our family of five and we were able to pop the rollaway bed in an alcove so that teenager felt like they had their own space :) Highly recommended and will return.

Brett who manages the holiday rentals was amazing. Went out of his way to make our stay there pleasant. The apartment was immaculate and very comfortable. Fantastic views and great location!

I liked everything about the property. The only minor downside was magnetic keys playing up a couple of times and had to be recoded.

Tweed Ultima is an excellent place to stay in Tweed Heads as it's conveniently located near the Twin Towns Service Club and the magnificent beaches of Greenmount and Coolangatta. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful team of staff - so helpful, pleasant, and willing to help as much as possible. I loved the location - excellent. I loved the views. I loved the size of the apartment. I think this was excellent value for money.

The Location was perfect,walk to everything .Apartment was a great size with everything for a short or long stay .Washing Machine,Clothes Dryer, Oven,Cook Top etc . Free Parking in the basement is great . Plenty of eateries, supermarkets nearby. Only downside of the apartment was both the Lounge and the the bedding. The lounge was well past its renewal date being a cheap Fantastic furniture product . The bed was very low to the ground and sunk in the middle , also a cheap product that was weary uncomfortable.The owners need to update these items for a reasonable price and therefore have a perfect apartment for a fair price.

Going on holiday to Tweed Heads in COVID-19 was a challenge as it was a dead city and disappointing. If the borders do open up then it will be great but now no??? I recommend you stay at Kingscliffe which was very lively and amazing cafes and restaurants. Loved it there. We did as many activities as we could the Tourist Information centre was very helpful and gave us ideas what to do in the area.

Beautiful unit in a beautiful place close to eateries and amenities

The bed was really uncomfortable and the couch smelt awful and also was not comfortable. Lovely view from balcony.

Location and great sized apartment but a little pricey.

our stay was not as pleasant as we expected it to be and with our experience we would not reccomend at all for anybody to stay in the apartment we were in. . Can i first of all say that the staff were absolutely wonderful and went out of their way to make our check in easy and pleasant, it was very welcoming, the location is perfect and we felt safe and secure at all times. The reason we would not recommend or stay again is because of the state of the room. We did not bother saying anything while we were there as we were only there for two nights and staffing hours were limited, if we had of stayed for any longer we would not have stayed in the room we booked. The issues we consider serious and as follows Mould growing on the curtains in the bedroom, this is quite obvious and is quite bad, it is a serious health hazard and should be dealt with . The bedside table glass is held up with building screws, this is dangerous, not to code and waiting for an accident to happen, The kitchen smells of mould, we did not want to use it, The lounge sofa needs to be replaced immediatly, it is uncomfortable, smells and was sinking very badly in quite a few areas, it was not pleasant to sit on at all. One of the reasons we book a unit is to be able to enjoy the lounge area, this one we kept away from as the lounge was quite disgusting . Overall we would not recommend or stay her again. We have alerted the manager via email but have had no response as yet .
