Very nice place! We got the tower room and the layout is a little awkward BUT the View completely makes up for that! The tower room has its own private rooftop terrace and 360 view of the whole city!

Our host Laura was amazing! This was a great location, breakfast was great and all the staff were helpful and kind.

Booked a quadruple room but there was absolutely no room for 4 people. Over priced for the room. Friendly, courteous staff but not worth the money. Crazy rule where you have to leave the keys at the front desk instead of giving all of us a key! Never again!

Hard place to locate

Great hotel in the most convenient part of Florence. Service is absolutely outstanding.

This was the perfect base camp for our short stay in Florence. The 24 hour front desk allowed us to check in with ease after taking a late train, and the gated building made us feel safe and secure (hotel is on the 3rd floor after you enter the gated area). Staff was great and gave us a map and suggestions on where to visit and how to get there. Breakfast was tasty and convenient. The hotel was a short walk from the train station and is in a prime location to walk to the main attractions! The rooms are simple but clean and have everything you need. There was a little bit of noise at night because of the central location, but overall was impressed how quiet the room was. Highly recommend if you want a great location st a great price.

Our stay at this hotel was comfortable and we loved how centrally located it is! Given how central the hotel is, it is also quiet and peaceful. The staff at the hotel are incredibly hospitable and friendly and we really enjoyed our experience here. Would recommend!

Great location and great employees

The hotel was in the heart of Florence with easy walks to all tourist sites & tram to airport. It was very quiet, beds very comfy & we slept very well. The hotel manager was extremely accommodating, helpful & very friendly. Breakfast was very nice & exceeded expectations. Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights while we were in Florence. The staff was so friendly. The breakfast was good, had decent options to choose from. The rooms weren’t the cleanest, had major dust bunnies under the beds. Definitely need to do some vacuuming. Besides that it was quiet and got a good night’s sleep.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Perseo. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very kid friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was plentiful. The location is amazing. Just a marbles throw from the duomo!! I hope to come back to Florence in the not too distant future and when I do I will stay here again.

We got the best room on the top floor and it was just perfect. Good ac, great breakfast, super central location, safe and secure. Best views for sitting on the rooftop seeing the buildings all lit up.

Loved the location!!!

An absolute gem in the centre of Florence. All the staff were so lovely and accommodating especially Asia who went over and above to make sure we were very well looked after and comfortable. She was so thoughtful, mentioning we could get free filtered and cold water whenever we wanted. When bottles could be £3 each we were so grateful for this luxury. Our children also loved the fact that she offered them colouring and drawing supplies when we had some time to kill before our train to Rome. We were there 15th August which is a public holiday in Italy. Florence was so busy, crowded day and night, and having this hotel in the centre as a base was the best thing we could have done. We could leave our things in our room and pop back as we were walking past which saved us walking around with everything in the 38 degree or having to wear clothing appropriate for the church and the heat we could just come back and change. The air conditioning in the hotel was good. The beds were very comfortable and our rooms were spacious and had everything we needed including a fridge. The breakfast was lovely. Including cold meats and cheeses and melons and fresh fruit as well as very delicious pastries and usual cereals, nuts and yoghurts. All together this hotel made our trip to Florence such a wonderful experience at a time that can be quite challenging with crowds and heat. I feel sorry for all the people that don't stay here.

The staff was honestly amazing! Out of all the hotels I've stayed at in Italy, they were the best. Super nice, very welcoming and would give any food recommendations if you asked. The rooms were small, but you're there to spend time outside in Florence not the hotel room. It still has all the amenities you would need and AC! What is nice is that they will let you store your luggage in the lounge if you need. Breakfast is also included! Hotel is perfectly located close to the train station and within walking distance to the Doumo. Would definitely book here again!

Close to Tram, very quiet and clean property.

Exceptional service. I was beyond grateful with their service. My father passed away while I was staying there and they were very supportive with all my needs. Great location!
