Good location, comfortable size, quiet and undercover off street parking. Not very clean or well maintained. Probably slightly expensive, but it was Kings birthday weekend and Byron Bay.

We stayed here for a couple of nights and would highly recommend to other people. Check-in was easy and there was parking underneath. Walkable to the heart of Byron so there were many many restaurants and shops available. Nice and close to the beach which we loved and short driving distance to a lot of the local attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The property was great, the staff incredibly friendly and helpful and the location very central to everything.

We loved our stay at Byron Central Apartments. Our studio apartment was perfect for us and was a short distance to shops, restaurants and the beach. The staff were friendly, the pool was clean and refreshing, laundry facilities a bonus. We had a great holiday. Thanks for having us. We'll be back!

The biggest thing that I would like to comment on is the housekeeping staff. They were so kind and helpful when I needed to do laundry. They even helped by fixing the start of the washing machine when I wasn’t there. Super friendly!

My daughter and I stayed at Byron Central Apartments for 6 nights and we loved our stay. The room was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. The pool was warm and very much in the sun, and we spent a lot of time there. The only downside was that we had some small ants in the kitchen - the staff offered for us to spray with a pesticide, but I chose to live with the ants instead, as they were harmless. Didnt affect our stay here though, we still loved it! The apartments are really close to everything but still in a very quiet area of the city. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting lovely Byron Bay!☺️

Great location, right in town
Rooms are a bit dated and odd set out. Needed to move the TV to be able to watch it from the bed.
Fly screens ripped and the aircon must bave been cleaned with very strong chemicals. We could not turn it on as it was so strong.

So close to everything. Free parking under the building which is fantastic for central Byron Bay. Apartments and surrounds were exceptionally clean and well maintained. The guest laundry with commercial machines for free was fantastic. My only issue was the loft bedroom had no air con so we had to rely on the one downstairs to cool upstairs and it didn't despite being on all day, however it is summer so it is hot a seperate air con up in the loft would be a welcome addition.

Lovely apartments. Very quiet and walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. Easy parking underneath. Easy entry after hours. Pool lovely and lots of chairs to lay in. Amazing communication on day etc. security walk round at night to ensure common area by pool empty by 10pm. Highly recommend and great price.

Old apartment motel style option in central Byron Bay. The remodeled units were nice, but rubbish pick up was early in the morning almost everyday that was very loud. Not full service apartments like other offerings in the area no in unit washer and dryer or dishwasher. The staff was not friendly to foreign travelers.

Stayed 5 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment. The bedrooms were a good size with large bed. The Loft space was good for a child/teenager and single bed there was will placed. Having full kitchen including oven was great. Saved on always having to eat out and spend $$$. Property is probably 30 years old but still in good condition. Would definately stay again.

The staff were excellent, friendly and accomodating. The rooms have been renovated and are gorgeous. The location is the best because it’s so close to beach but also a few streets back so you’re do don’t get all the foot traffic.will stay again!
