Great value!

The view from the room was great and the room was clean. Staff friendly. Lift not airconditioned. Spa bath was poorly laid out meaning the surrounding tiles and floor were very wet. Shower very low above bath. A couple of jets on the spa not working and the button to adjust their intensity was stuck. We had to take all our rubbish from the room ourselves and clean the cutlery and glassware.

Fabulous unit with a lovely view of the harbour. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Unit was very comfortable. Also very helpful there was a washing machines and dryers to use. Staff very friendly and helpful. Suggested Whitehaven beach tour, which we did and thoroughly enjoyed. Would definitely stay here again

Great accommodation with views of the ferry terminal (lots of activity) and easy walk to the main street in Airlie Beach. Local Bus transport just near the street entrance and very reasonable pricing for those who venture further. Pool refreshing and almost always devoid of other people. Spa out of action (being replaced?). Nice balcony to watch the dawn rise and the tides move whilst enjoying food prepared in your full kitchen or takeaway Thai from the restaurant on the first floor.

The bed was so uncomfortable ended up with no sleep and sore lower back. Spa jets not all worked however nice view. Not nice when OLD MEN in the vista apartments to the left of the building stare through binoculars looking at people sitting in their so called private balcony!!!

The staff were very helpful. We booked 3 rooms but arrived long before check in. They quickly prepared one room and made it available to us. We had 4 month baby and a 2 year old. That one kind gesture made the whole day not only bearable but also fun. We strongly recommend the ‘Whitsunday Vista Holiday Appartments’

Beautiful apartment. Had basic needs for our girls trip away. Views were stunning to wake up to. Staff were extremely helpful. Will very happily stay here again.

Property was old and could have done with some updating. Room the same. Not very appealing, but it did the job. Shower was over the spa, so if you were tall, very awkward and had to bend down. Once you use the products in the room, you had to purchase more from reception. Disappointing. Apart from that, property close to everything, very walkable, lots of views.

The view from the balcony was terrific. An easy walk to town. Well appointed unit. Staff very friendly.

Great view and price

Good location and awesome views over Airlie and only a short walk into town. We had a 1 bedroom unit but was quite spacious & had everything we needed including a full kitchen. Very clean. We checked in on the 17th February and the front desk guy was extremely informative and very friendly. The Thai restaurant next door was very good also. Only downfall was the outdoor spa was out of order otherwise a great stay :)

Quick and easy check in and out. Room was clean but we expected it to be bigger and the spa could do with replacing.

Very helpful Staff

A small step up from a hostel.no air con in the bedroom so it was too hot to sleep small pokey room no private balcony and no breeze. Very old stained couch bed and kitchen. We walked out and booked into club Wyndham.

Floors were not cleaned, Matteress was that old the springs were gone, we had to buy a matteress topper to make it a bit bearable Shower leaked all over the floor and the vanity tap sprayed everywhere Towel holder was just about coming off the wall and there was black gold in the bathroom

Great spot. Neighbours just need to remember other people. Aka slamming doors early in the mornings

Convenient access to the Marina and easy walking distance to the night life in the town centre.Rooms are compact but fine for a two or three night stay.

It was ok but seem the place is a bit over priced for the condition of the rooms . Sliding door to balcony hardly slides , very hard to open . Paint work needs fixing . Very tiny rooms . Ok but would pay that money again at this place

We found this a great place to stay. We had a spa unit with views to the ocean. It's very convenient to the Port of Airlie for boat trips, and there are plenty of cafes close by, with a decent walk into the main town. It's a fairly busy area so if you are on the balcony there will be traffic noise, but it's quiet enough when closed. The staff were friendly. It only had a basic kitchenette and no sofa in our spa studio, but was exactly as advertised and the spa was lovely. The bed was comfy and there were table and chairs inside and on the balcony. It was a little strange having no curtains in the window where the spa and shower are, but hopefully others can't see in! We had takeaway from the Thai restaurant at the hotel which was delicious and reasonably priced. We were very happy overall.

Easy almond distance to the port of Airlie and the main street

I booked a spa suite and looking at the pictures I presumed I would get a spa looking out over the ocean but instead got one in the bathroom that was 80’s style. You could only fill it up with the shower as the tap didn’t work and when you turned it on it was filthy dirty! Obviously the lines have never been cleaned. Said sleeps 4 but that didn’t mean 4 people could fit in the tiny room with the 2 seater couch (which is also the 2nd bed). Says Vista apartments but we didn’t even get a kitchen just a dodgy kitchenette! It really would only suit 2 people but don’t expect what you see in the photos! It was way over priced for what it was and it ruined our holiday. The spa in the complex was out of order and being winter this was very disappointing! And it was very noisy! Neighbour’s constantly doing washing at all hours so we barely got to use the machine (yes shared machine) and the drier was in the car park! We booked for 7 nights but left early as we couldn’t wait to get out of there. It’s very out dated! Love the sign that says be careful cooking because if the fire alarms go off you will be charged $1200! How do I cook in a kitchenette anyhow, I couldn’t even use the kettle it was so skanky inside. Very disappointing! You will have to be desperate to stay here!

Great location and easy parking. Property is getting a little dated and could do with a tidy up. Very comfortable.

Was over priced for the shoe box size room

Overall very good! However, the incorrect toilet seat was installed so the seat and lid could not be opened properly which made toilet function difficult.

Was a little bit old and run down, restaurant not open until further notice

Often stay here. Always clean. Staff are friendly. Very convenient with lift to the car park. Good pool for less able oldies.
