When I first got to the room there was a funny smell. In the bathroom there was a dirty bathmat behind the door. What I thought was a spider on the floor was a wad of hair. When I went for the light breakfast in the morning the coffee machine and the pancake machine were not working. There was no bread for the toaster. The 2 types of cereal were sugar coated. They finally got the coffee machine going and it broke down again.

Our stay was horrible. From the service to the room. Our bathroom had a horrible stench to it. When making breakfast the lady just came and shut everything down and didn’t let anyone finish getting what they needed. The hot tubs were closed off and the pool was freezing cold. Will never stay there again.

The place is beautiful, but we got a pet friendly room, but were assured that it was cleaned… but there was dog hair and long human hair all over the floor,

Okay stay, hotel is in need of updating and maintenance instead of just shutting down and covering things in need of repairs (hot tubs, warm pool), I enjoyed the previous version tropical oasis I stayed at when I was younger. Staff were friendly, price was good, will stay again but hope to get one of the updated rooms.

Horrible stay, and crappy service. They don't respond to requests for more towels or toilet paper. Can't switch rooms till the next day, cause of no houskeepers. Had no running hot water in the shower and sink tap water. Floors felt dirty, and the pillows smelt of sweat. Would not recomend staying here!

Headed to Alaska from Northern California and needed to reset from sleeping in truck with my daughter and nephew. Was clean and made to feel like outdoors when one must be stuck inside. Walked into room and thought they had put us in room with 1 bed but called and was told walk into room lol we had 3 queen beds and 1 was in own front area so that was awesome for my nephew. We loved it, fridge, 2 tvs, clean, smelt clean. Only problem was toilet didnt want to flush. We will be back on the way home.

Although the cost of the room was affordable, the first problem was the tv where the remote did not work when trying to adjust channels and volumn. When notifying the front desk we were told the maintenance person would not be in until morning, we had to unplug the tv to have some peace. We were also placed on the second floor close to the stairs where traffic was heard throughout the early morning hours. Needles to say we did not get a lot of sleep. We were highly disappointed and would not stay here again.

Amazing ambiance but we thought the breakfast is exciting but just pan cake and breads but that is fine as long the stay is perfect

They need to do better

Omg i have so many issues. Do not stay here. Filthy! No elevator filthy stairwell, dirt on counters in washroom filthy bathroom walls. Dirty toilet, hair in bed. Gross stains on bedspread, dust everywhere on surfaces , towel had what looked like where someone wiped nose on it! Could not get s hold of front desk. Three times had to go look for help. Person who came made us make our own bed.

This place is dirty, the staff sucks at their job. The room smelled like cigarettes and it was a no smoking room. We waited 11 hours for a remote. Then we finally hounded the staff and followed them around till we got a remote for the bedroom tv. We opened up the sofa bed and found a used stick deodorant. We waited 30-45 minutes the night before for bedding for the sofa bed, so we could go to bed and had to phone three times to get all the bedding for the sofa bed. Told there was no pillows the when they finally showed up with the fitted sheet they magically had a pillow too. The microwave is dirty inside. There is grease running down the tile behind the stove and the range hood on top is dirty with grease. The top of the fridge is nasty. Broken chairs, dishes not cleaned up from the last people who stayed there. When I was using the washroom in the morning I found crap on the bottom of hinges of the toilet seat. I will check the toilets before I stay anywhere else now. The mattress on the sofa bed is gross, there is paint on the arm of the sofa and it looks like someone puked on it. The table top is bubbled, peeling. The chairs around the table were stained and dirty. Breakfast was nothing great, and the pool was out of order and we stayed 2 nights in this dump. I took pictures of everything!

Very clean and open rooms. The heating and AC units need some updating but function ok once you figure them out.

I liked all the tropical plants in the atrium. The running creek was nice. The bridges was a unique feature.

Staff ok, but not overly friendly. They need to learn how to greet people...Room OK, Toilet noisey, kinda flushed on it's own ever 60 minutes or so.. Paint peeling off the bathroom wall looks very gross. No more hot tubs anymore. Simple breakfast was OK.

My cooler had a double sleeping bag in there and it was stolen

It was good.

The location is good. Too much noise from the outside since the pool is right outside the rooms. The A/C makes so much noise you can’t get a good nights sleep. For the price it’s tempting but overall we had an okay experience

Our room had no towels. I had to ask twice for towels and it was 45 min before we got them. This made us late and no appology given.

Rooms are good but pool is cold and breakfast room needs more attention. The pancake maker hasn’t worked properly every time we have been here

This place has not just gone down hill but drove right off the cliff. Room was gross and being on the second floor we could look down into the pool and the water was disgusting. It was all cloudy and dirty looking. Hot tubs and other things all boarded up. Wood laying around and areas taped off. This place is a 2 star at best.

Everything was great except when we were getting ready in the morning the blow dryer didn’t work. So I had to leave with wet hair.

I like that there's plenty of places you can go sit and visit outside of your room. I find it a very relaxing place to stay.

Breakfast was basic and not enough there. Parking is limited for handicap I wouldn’t recommend staying if a senior. No elevator. Only 2 handicap spots Won’t stay again

Ok place for family. Fairly clean but can do better. No Elevators. Too many pets.

I really like the foliage in the inner courtyard of the hotel. Access (stairs) to the second floor is somewhat difficult with lots of heavy luggage.
