The Arc is a lovely place to stay in the centre of Harrogate. Kim is welcoming and friendly. I would definitely stay again and would highly recommend it.

One of the finest guesthouses I have ever stayed in. A big plus too is that it is dead opposite the Convention Centre! Kim is a wonderful host and nothing is too much trouble for her.

A delightful little B&B at what was a reasonable cost other than breakfast was advertised @ £6.95 but ended up costing £11.95 and B7B owner suggests that Expedia have not changed the cost on the page for past 8 years. This additional cost I'm afraid, was the difference between this B7B being good value and not so good value for Harrogate, so bear this in mind if you are considering this property over any other in the area. I am trying to resolve this issue with hotels.com as I believe my contract was with them but I am disappointed I must say and feel somehow I have been overcharged and received poorer value for money than I was expecting.

Really great stay the ark B and B is fabulous spotless , and Kim and her partner are so welcoming they run a fab place , they go out of their way to make your stay lovely thank you so much ,,

Lovely place and lovely welcome only thing i didn't like was the room was too small also blinds need putting up at the window so you can leave the heavy blinds up we were in the downstairs room everything else was good

A quick overnight stay. Convient for town and on road parking very close by (ticket supplied by hotel). Recommended

The arc is really nice and modern parking permit given on arrival we paid for breakfast one morning and was lovely cooked fresh and plenty to choose from hotel is only 5 mins to centre, kim is a wonderful host ,our room was up 2 flights of stairs and was really nice but a bit cramped, good shower enjoyed our stay

This is an excellent, well presented property, modern with all the facilities you may need, it's very close to all the good eateries and close to the town centre. Kim will done anything for you and is really happy and pleasant

A warm welcome before our stay and on arrival from Kim. Take an eye mask if you stay as the room light doesn’t completely switch off. Someone has tried to remedy this with a plaster but really this needs to be replaced. Good location.

Beautiful clean place with a lovely hostess. Small walk from town. Street park with permit provided. We shall return.

Arc is absolutely fantastic! Kim could not possibly have done any more for ourselves (and other guests from what we saw) to make our stay any more pleasant and comfortable. Safe on street parking (free permit provided) is two minutes walk on Alexandra Rd. Arc is spotless, modern and very comfortable. Breakfast is available (pay at property) and it was excellent. We cannot recommend Arc highly enough and next time we are visiting Harrogate, this will be our chosen place to stay.

Superb accommodation, great location and Kim couldn’t be more helpful, would 100% recommend.

The property was a little cramped but very clean with a plentiful supply of tea/coffee and toiletries. We were on a higher floor level so lots of stairs to climb! However our check in and shower facility was superb although it was noisy at times (doors banging). The property is well located and close to the town centre, bars and restaurants.

Really happy we chose Arc for our stay in Harrogate. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is excelent and room/bathroom were very clean.

Individually styled room, nine in all I think. Clean, tea and coffee, lovely bedding and shower as well as toiletries. Always clean towels, even if you didn’t ask for them changed. Friendly welcome, including an impromptu run out from the hotel to find where I was in order to park. Central and walking distance to the town. Shame there was no bar but plenty of places in Harrogate. Breakfast not included and had to be pre ordered, but plenty of choice in town to chose from. Flexibly with check in and out. Friendly place, had a very happy visit.
