Great hotel. Wonderful service. I booked a bigger room because I was also working from my room and wanted ample sunlight. I was very comfortable. The internet went out once for 10-15 minutes. The breakfast was just ok compared to other hotels but I still managed to have a fine start to the day. Terrific location!

The room, whilst spacious did not have a window. OK for one night but wouldn’t have liked it for any longer. Breakfast was excellent.

Great central location, easy walking distance to all of town's amenities. On the other hand we couldn't get our car parked close to the hotel though that said there was a free car park about a five minute walk from the hotel.

You can’t be closer to San Sebastián centre, walking to the ferry is about 6 minutes, we were able to park there throughout our stay. Walk to all interesting areas of downtown. Bed was comfortable, can hear noises from within the hotel, adjacent rooms. Breakfast was good, scrambled eggs, gsm, cheese, pastries and yogurt, great coffee machine. Nice service. Check in with Macarena was very kind! I’ll stay here again

Great location! Good breakfast. 'Free parking' is actually on-street parking (if you're lucky). Clean and convenient.

Good hotel in the centre of town. Room overlooking park (had to pay upgrade). Breakfast included which was enough for us to eat some and take some away for lunch. Room was nice and a good size bathtub.

You cant drive a car with your luggage to the hotel but it is ok if bland. Interestingly old fashioned actually. Breakfast was disappointing.

BAD: The window in the room opened up to the staircase / public floor. All noise in the staircase and the ground floor lounge area echoed up - all noise was amplified. Had I known the room only had an interior window, I would NOT have chosen that hotel. Breakfast was a bit disgusting, some odd sausages were swimming in water/brime, the bread was beyond dry, and the chairs quite uncomfortable. Good: the hotel and the room was clean.

Conveniently downtown and near many restaurants, but quiet at back overlooking park. Fine options for breakfast.

A good hotel in the proximity of the city center. Hotel was nicely furbished/renovated and rooms were good.

The superior double was very spacious but as a couple we were disappointed that it had a single and a SMALL double in the room. Beds very typical Spanish - perfectly fine but basic.

Clean attractive accommodation, quiet with a nice view over the park. We had to leave early - 6.45, so appreciated the self service mini breakfast.

Booked because of the location near the ferry and bus as well as town with its shops and restaurants. Hotel exceeded expectations. Would return as San Sebastian is a great location to explore La Gomera because all the buses start from there.

Excellent hotel, walking distance to lots of great restaurants . Very nice breakfast. Their restaurant has very good food for dinner also. Very pleasant staff.

La Gomera is wonderful: the hotel was adequate.

Very convenient for an overnight stay when we had to catch the first ferry in the morning. Impressed at the effort made to provide us with a vegetarian meal - even had a set menu as well as individual choices - and it was a good one, based on local products. We didn't take advantage of it, but were surprised and pleased that we could have had an early morning coffee/toast at 6am.

Close to lots of restaurants and bus station. Hotel is probably best in town centre and sets acceptable standards of traditional hotel at competitive room rates

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful.The rooms are very clean every day upon our return.The wifi was not of the best in the room but we had to go to the lobby area or reception to get it.

This hotel advertised on Expedia that there was free WiFi in the rooms, and I booked on that basis. However, nowhere in the room was I able to get a strong enough signal to connect. Fortunately there was an ethernet socket and I had a cable with me. Also, the book of rules in the room said that the accommodation contract could be voided for persons of 'appearance or clothing unusual'! I hope this was a poor translation, but anyway I must have passed their threshold. Apart from those things, the hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice roof terrace. Great evening meals in the hotel restaurant, even on the half board option which limits the choice to two or the starters, mains and desserts. The gofio cream desert was fabulous.

We stayed at the hotel for the last two days of our stay on La Gomera. We wanted somewhere central and close to the ferry so we could catch the earliest one. The hotel staff were very friendly and had no problem moving us when we wanted to be slightly higher up for a view. The breakfast was good with a lot of nice options and much more exciting than a usual continental. I spent a bit of time sunbathing on the roof terrace which was also clean with a nice view of all the colourful apartment lined up across the hills in San Sebastián. If your looking for something simple but decent and friendly this hotel would be a good choice.
