The hotel is great. No complaints. Although it would be better if it was located in an area with more businesses and restaurants.

Bed had hairs and very small bed. Room was very small and tight. Everything is small . Bed was very uncomfortable

The shower is small and the water head points at the wall. The tile on the shower is slippery and you have to be careful not to slip or fall.

Location because it was close to a friend’s house.
I’d like to mention that bedding in general is not clean as it should be. Sheets and mattresses covers are no changed after each guests vacates the room; also, pillows are very dirty. The sink in the bathroom is very shallow and it was clogged up, making difficult to run water as needed when trying to wash hands or brush teeth. Bathroom was also very stinky; this is proof that cleaning is not a priority. This is the last time I stay at this hotel.
No complaints about employees in the reception or breakfast area.

The reception personnel who took care of us were superb, very friendly, formative, courteous. I am sorry I forgot their names. They were two guys. I think one of them was Tony. They need to be complemented for the job they are doing. They seem to like their job.

Bait and switch situation. If you look at the picture in the description it show a ful bed next to a twin bed. We got to the room and we had 2 twin beds. I asked them to give me 2 full beds and they said none of their room s had them, except for a single queen bed room. I asked for a refund so that I can get a different hotel and they said it was too late. I had just reserved 15 minutes before my check-in.

Expedia did not help me at all, I was talking with somebody named "Carlos", due I was trying to make changes. At the end, he hanged me.

When we arrived, we were asked what floor we would like. Which I really liked that they asked. The sheets were dirty, it had hair from previous customers. I asked the front desk for clean sheets. They were very willing to help me with that! The breakfast was delicious! I loved it!

Made a reservation for 2 besa and I was given 2 twin beds. The from smell led like rotten boil egg. I asked to switch the trim and clean service to remove the smell and didn’t do anything about it. I asked if I can a bigger size bed and pay the different and denied my request

The room was very unclean. Trash on the floor that stayed in the same place even though the room got "cleaned". Hairs in the shower. Hand prints on the walls. Stained sheets.

The staff is amazing. Always friendly and ready to assist. There is a large parking lot which is a huge plus. Looks like at some point there might have been a guard but no longer there. The rooms are very small but not too bad. Our room had a couple of cleanliness issues but got taken care of. The hotel offers a delicious free breakfast! Overall, a great stay. Would stay there again and would recommend.
