Great location , secure parking on request Helpfull staff

It was a pleasant 2-night stay at SACO Nottingham apartment. The condition of the apartment was alright, fully furnished like home, except that the kitchen light was faulty which the staff alerted me in advance. I put the table lamp on the kitchen bench, this solved the issue. You can cook and do laundry as at home. The staff members are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommended accommodation especially for family.

Staff were v helpful and efficient. The cozy apt made a nice stay. More, we were upgraded from one room to two rooms. A wonderful experience...

It was very clean, close to the centre, there was everything we needed for our stay.

Very friendly, helpful and courteous staff. Generally clean and well maintained. Easy access to city center, a few minutes by foot. Can be challenging for the elderly since it’s located up an incline.

Another great stay with SACO Nottingham. Excellent service. Friendly and welcoming staff. Looking forward to our next stay in the near future.

The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. The tired bathroom was the only real negative. A rusty shower rail and water damaged bath panel detracted from the experience.

What a great find! This place was fabulous! Could have done with air con but we were given two great big fans. Very clean, great location for town, everything walkable! Used for university tour for my kids and we had an awesome couple of days!

Everything was good about this apartment - clean, spacious recently refurbished, well appointed kitchen and close to the city centre but still in a quiet area. Reception staff were really helpful, especially Bonnie. Thanks for a lovely stay.

The staffs were great, kind and helpful as we had a long drive from Kingston. The place was cozy. Will stay again if come over next time.

The apartment and the customer service were both excellent. However we found the noisy road nearby kept us awake.

Lovely apartment, well appointed and in a nice quiet area. Helpful staff. We had two rooms to accommodate family congregating from different parts of the country and it was ideal. Much nicer than hotel rooms. Will definitely use again when we're in Nottingham.

We enjoyed our stay at the Cove. For our needs, the location was perfect. The flat was very spacious, comfortable and well-furnished. Our only complaint had to do with noisy neighbors in the night, but that's something that isn't easily controlled.

Property was good with everything you’d expect. But a few issues 1. The toilet cistern didn’t refill. We reported it and maintenance attempted to fix it, but didn’t. So it still needs resolved. We could fill the cistern manually by using a cooking pot. 2. Smoke alarm was faulty according to B the firemen who had to attend when we set it off by cooking mushrooms in a frying pan. Not good that there whole building had to evacuate! 3. Bed mattress was a bit lumpy but resolved that by using the duvet as an additional softening layer. Mid summer so just needed a sheet as top cover

It was lovely staying at Saco and will definitely come back. The area is very accessible and quiet during the night. The space was amazing and definitively felt homely. The bed very comfortable. The Bluetooth and light mirrors were a good touch and kitchen well equipped and clean oven! Receptionist really friendly and super helpful!We had so much fun and having your own key & freedom made it feel like we lived there! The reasonable damage fee made us feel like we were trusted and not lose interest. Would absolutely recommend!The only small cons are: there shouldve been a full length mirror/ mirrors more accessible as appart from the bathroom the only one was in the bedroom behind the tv. Could've been more cleaning supplies like a broom, or brush and pan or even a hoover (which was only available upon request). There couldve been a chopping board as it was a bit of a struggle to chop things on a plate lol. The toilet was not the most comfortable as the seat felt quite narrow. Coudlve had more toilet paper as we had to get more since they only provided 2. Lastly the power of the water couldve been stronger when hot water was used, as only the cold water was powerful.

A very enjoyable stay. All the amenities were included with the room (washer, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, etc...). Close to the city center.
