Nice food friendly staff, nice & clean room.

This is a very nice hotel. I enjoy baths so having a functional bathtub is important. The food is excellent and was happy to see the brunch is no longer so expensive. I have stayed there at least 8 times but not in the past year. The room your company put me in was on the first floor which was upsetting at first but it was still reasonably quiet which for ecuador says a lot. Overall I was very happy with everything although have never used the athletic facilities.

Staff at the hotel and friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and seems to be well maintained. The one issue, though not terrible, is the spotty and slow internet connection.

Large Room & Good Value. In room safe. No in room iron or ironing board. Various artwork throughout hotel and in room, thus the Galeria name. Hotels that prohibit toilet paper in the toilet should have a bidet or a shower that has an attachment that you can use to rinse your body, not only a showerhead. Staff is bilingual and friendly/courteous. Room was cleaned daily. Security guard posted out front and room key required for elevator access control.

The hotel is very clean and modern. Staff is very pleasent. Centrally located, close to all shopping.

The room was a good size, bed and pillows comfortable. Took a bit to figure out how to control the AC as the wall control didn't function. Need to find a small knob beside the bed that controlled the fan which was way to high when I entered the room. There were a few long hairs on the floor in the bathroom so I inspected the rest of the room for cleanliness but it was fine. Shampoo, bath and hand soap are in dispensers. The soap dispenser in the shower didn't work, also the shower curtain could be cleaner. I told front desk about the dispenser when I checked out and she was grateful for the information. Front desk staff were very friendly but check in and check out were slow, even though they were working on getting people done quickly. Restaurant staff were not visible when I went for a drink so I went to the front desk to notify them that someone was in the restaurant requiring service. The artwork was a joy to check out. I really loved this aspect of the hotel and the lobby had a lot of comfortable seating.

All of the original artwork everywhere was amazing. The next time we go to Guayaquil we will allow more time to wander the halls and admire everything.

I always stay here and I love the hotel and the staff! However, I am starting to reconsider staying here just because I can never get fast wifi or wifi at all! Also the bedding on the beds are not heavy enough....always cold!

The property was alright to me. I also appreciate the courtesy and professionalism of the staff. The only complaint is the gym amenities - with literally only TWO machines and a few small weights a toddler could pick up. If you're going to work out, this gym isn't for you, but as far as staying in the hotel, it did exactly what it was supposed to do. Thank you for your hospitality!
