Everyone was friendly and helpful at the hotel except after we checked out and left our luggage there for collection one of the staff was a bit rude and weird. He was talking to us from the spa room which was next to the reception desk when we came back to collect our luggage. I believe he was lying down so I asked him to come out. The hotel was next to some night club so loud music every night until 2am and a bit of traffic noise at night. Other than that everything was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Very pleasurable stay! Staff always go out their way to make sure everything is good at all times ! Good private pool & floating breakfast! Good wifi good services. Big shout out to Cita who helped us a-lot & very good english. Please add A/C for the lobby as it gets too hot whilst waiting there. Other than that a very big thank you to everyone during our stay x

I was really satisfied with the service and hotel. The space is huge enough and the pool was so clean. Breakfast was so nice. Above of all, the service was so kind that I was really happy during staying. In the future, I want to visit again.

We had an such an amazing stay for our honeymoon! Dewa (Supervisor) made us feel like home as soon as we arrived! He organized our scooter rental, transportation to Nusa Penida and gave us many restaurant/spa recommendations around the area. The customer service was beyond excellent. The staff were always smiling and ready to helps. Our room was always clean, breakfast (included with our booking) brought to our villa and afternoon tea/snack as well. We highly recommend and would definitely go back next time! Thank you Nyuh Team and specially Dewa for making our stay so special:)

Beautiful villa! Great to chill out in your own private pool. It is a bit noisy around the area, but didn’t take away from the relaxing experience.

My husband and I stayed at the Nyuh for a short 2 days and it was truly fantastic. All the staff from airport pick up to check in to check out was phenomenal. They were the most friendly and professional staff we have ever encountered while traveling. We felt like they really cared about the comfort of our stay. We chose the breakfast options which included one free floating breakfast, which was so fun! The location of the hotel is great, its walkable to restaurants and shopping but far enough so you don't hear the crazy hustle and bustle of Seminyak. Highly recommend this beautiful villa.

The villa itself is great, staff were lovely and the honeymoon villa was adequate. Our problem was the new club named Padifly that has opened literally next door. (Aka within 10 metres of our villa boundary wall) Open all nights with blaring music from around 9pm to 3am. Unfortunately the bass could be heard through our walls as a constant vibration. Just thought I would give a heads up to any other honeymooners looking for a peaceful nights rest

Nyuh Bali was OK. The property itself had everything you would need except a microwave and/or small kitchenette, and we enjoyed the outdoor shower, but WHY anyone would want an outside toilet where neighbouring villas can hear you do your business at all hours is beyond me. The floors were quite slippery at times. Laundry service was quick and professionally done. A birthday cake was delivered too our door and the staff sang her birthday to my partner - the gesture was wonderful, the cake not so much. Some members of the staff might want to consider looking up from their phone when greeting guests (or anyone for that matter) as a common courtesy.

We stayed here for 5 nights over NYE and had the most amazing time! Staff are all very friendly and accommodating. They provided the best service and have adapted well to new restrictions due to covid-19. The villas are stunning and have all of the essentials. The food was great and served in a timely manor. It’s also worth noting that the shuttle service is a great benefit as it allowed us to visit different places in Seminyak. Having the shuttle service, villa with a pool and room service enabled us to feel safe and socially distanced during the pandemic. We would love to come back and stay here, or even visit their other villas in Ubud. We will be recommending this accommodation to all of our friends and families who are hoping to stay in Seminyak in the future.

Our stay at the Nyuh Villas was wonderful. The villa was clean, comfortable, and in a great location- a short walk to many shops and restaurants. What made our stay exceptional was the service. The staff was very responsive and always asking about our needs. Dewa stood out. He went above and beyond. Whenever we needed anything or had a request he made sure it was taken care of. He really set the gold standard for service.

I NEVER leave reviews but just felt I had to this time. This place is currently rated 9.6 but should in my opinion not be more than a 5 or 6 tops. Simply a huge dissapointment. The neighbourhood: extremely noisy from the neighboring bar/hotel/restaurant with high music and really loud voices until really late (I finally fell asleep at around 1am but still noisy at that time). The area in general is mixed residential (ranging from outright slum to decent properties) and a few restaurants/cafes/hotels. Minimarket within 40 steps from the hotel. The hotel: service was ok but the villas felt very outdated and the cleaning was questionable with light stains on the pillows and a lot of parts in and around of the pool in need of a fix. I honestly dont understand the 9.6 rating and it makes me wonder if some hotels (this one!) buy reviews just like you can buy likes on social media. Not recomended

The best stay we had for our first trip of 2020. No regret! Their services was great without fail during our stay with friendly workers like Oka, Ogi and special thanks to Dewa for the very warm welcome check in and check out. Totally love the villa. Very clean, so convenient with K-Mart and the main road. Their breakfast choices was limited but it was fine. Other than that, are 💯👍 For sure we will be back for more stay in Nyuh Bali Villa⭐ Thankyou and we already missing our stay there

It is a beautiful property and we were given a nice introduction to our villa with welcome drinks. The staff were very friendly and their breakfasts were filling. The staff always made sure we were comfortable. The area is not entirely quiet as you can hear cars drive past but that didnt bother me. However I wish i could rate my overall experience as excellent because the customer service by staff is exceptional - but there were a couple of down sides which i was not happy about. Firstly, the decking broke as i stepped on it and my feet went through - so the property could definitely do with a bit of a revamp. I did not feel comfortable stepping on the decking as i felt like they were very weak. Second, the villa has low lighting. I understand it is to create a romantic atmosphere but there should be an option for proper bright lighting in the room as i was walking around almost blind, and hit my toes on the furniture several times. Lastly, i would recommend that there is a wall put in in the toilet so it is not exposed to the outside as i found it very uncomfortable to go to the toilet especially at night when theres a lot of mosquitos.

It was amazing the staff were so helpful and always there to help you and support with anything you needed. Staff would drop you off anywhere you wanted to go local for dinner or to the beach... the service was perfect and cleaning was so good

Wow. Perfect in every way! Stayed at Nyu Bali Villas at the Seminyak location and all I can say is how amazing our experience was. My girlfriend and I stayed for 6 nights and every day was like simply like living in paradise. We have stayed in numerous cities around the world, but no service comes close to what we received here. From the moment we checked in until we left, we were treated very warmly and friendly by all Staff members. The room was perfect. The pool was exactly what we imagined. The shower, oh man I miss that shower already! Olgi was amazing and assisted us with any requests or questions we had. The service that the hotel runs to drop you off/pick up in the Seminyak area is so helpful and greatly appreciated. Olgi consistently went above and beyond with his duties. Thank you! But a very special mention needs to be made for Janji. We booked many tours through the hotel (a great deal by the way!) and we had Janji as our tour guide. His knowledge of the area was very impressive and was able to help us with any request we had while on the tour. Janji was the best guide we could ever ask for, his kindness and gratitude will always be remembered. He helped make our tours as memorable as possible! The rest of the staff we met along our trip were all amazing as well! We are already planning our trip back and can’t wait to return!

From the moment we were picked up by the driver Oka we knew it was going to be a great experience staying here. We were given refreshments and cold towels to make our journey to the villa calm and soothing. The staff at the reception were very welcoming and caring. The amenities provided was great and the breakfast menu was vast in choice. We had house keepers that will maintain the place when you leave. 24/7 on call reception for anything you need. The villa was lovely and we were given a personalised message for our honeymoon. Free shuttle service throughout the Seminyak area was great too. I have never had such a good experience like this when it comes to friendliness and great hospitality, we felt right at home throughout the stay. Oka was a great driver and we requested him to take us on the 4 tours we booked through the villa, tours are all private so you can enjoy your time with your partner in the company of a great driver and guide. Also I would recommend the Spa for people to book as their staff were very good and professional throughout the treatment. Oka was a standout favourite member of staff for us and he became a friend and made the experience very fun for us. Me and my partner cannot thank the staff at Nyuh Bali Villas enough. Such gratitude, warmth and kindness from all of them. This has been our best holiday ever and a reason for that was because of people like Oka and the team at the villa.

예약전엔 다른 풀빌라에 비해 유난히 리뷰가 적었던 풀빌라라 고민이 되었던건 사실이었지만, 점수도 워낙 좋았고, 뉴빌라에 무언가가 계속 끌리더라니 발리여행중 최고의 숙소였어요! 물온도도 적당한 개인수영장에, 플로팅브렉퍼스트도 서비스로 해주고, 샤워가 실내에 있는게아니라 밖에 있는데 선선한 자연바람과 함께 하는 샤워도 정말 좋았어요. 야외샤워지만 벌레도 없었어요! 은은한 향을 피워놓은것같았는데, 벌레를 쫓는용이었던걸까요...? ㅎㅎ 아침에 수영하고 빌라에있는 문 다 열고 자연바람맞으면서 침대에 누워있으니까 잠이솔솔.. 행복한 시간이었어요. 시내까지 걸어갈수도있는거리지만 스미냑안이라면 어디든 차로 데려다주고 전화만하면 또 바로 데리러와주고, 현지음식이 맛있는곳도 선셋이 제일 잘보이는곳도 추천해주었구, 특히 출국날 레이트체크아웃을 따로 신청을하면 저녁 10시까지 편하게 쉬다가 공항으로 갈수가있어서 너무좋았어요. 좋은기억밖에없네요! 정말 추천합니다 this villa was so dreamy. I stayed in Katamama (where the potato head beach club is) the night before, but personally i enjoyed staying at nyuhvillas more! SUPER friendly staffs, free rides to seminyak areas (and pick-ups!!), a beautiful flower bath, a complimentary floating breakfast, private pool, private outdoor shower, clean and comfy bed, oh and the late checkout til 10pm (not free) was perfect for our late flight out! and OMG they took a photo of us when we checked in, and i thought we were just their favorite couple ;) or something but they made a photo album and gave it to us when we checked out :’(.. I loved the gift appreciated all the help.. Thank you for everything!!

WOW! My husband and I booked this trip for our honeymoon in November 2018 and we were not disappointed. At first glance we were a bit skeptical because of the location of the Villas, they seemed to be hidden away on a residential street and away from the tourist area but BOY were we wrong! The Villas provide a complimentary airport pick up and due to flight delays we were an hour late getting into Bali. Our drive, Chita, checked flight times in advance of our arrival and was there waiting for us even though we were late. We were traveling from California and needed to change into cooler clothes when we got there - Chita said nothing as we took an extra 30 minutes to change. He was willing to wait until we made ourselves comfortable. When we got into the transport car he had ice cold towels waiting for us and water. I can't tell you how amazing that was, because Bali is HOT and we were already frustrated due to our flight delays. When we arrived at the Villa we didn't have to worry about taking our luggage, staff came out and helped unload the vehicle. We didn't have to do anything but walk into the Villa lobby. When we arrived, Chita went behind the counter and checked us in, while we waited we were given a cool cinnamon and lime water - it was delicious! I can't even find words to explain the Villa itself, gorgeous doesn't seem to do it justice, you'll have to look at the pictures. The staff, Chita, Daiwa, Ayu, Adits & Jenji were absolutely AMAZING!!

Good things: -Quiet -Well-maintained -Amazing staff -Good breakfasts (you definitely want to get breakfast included!) -Comfortable -Great value Drawbacks: -A little far from the beach (but they can give you a ride free of charge!) All in all, we had an amazing week-long stay, and look forward to coming back again soon. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Everything about our stay at Nyuh Luxury Villas was outstanding. We had the honeymoon villa and it was perfect for our stay. The staff went above and beyond. Wonderful food, and we tried the floating breakfast which was fun. There is a free shuffle around Seminyak which was very convenient! Highly recommend anyone staying in Seminyak to stay here. I wish we also booked their sister property in Ubud while we stay there! Will have to be next time :)

Villa was fantastic, nothing was a problem for them with any requests. We had 2 young kids with us too who enjoyed the shallow end of pool design. ADI on front reception deserves a special mention as always helpful and with a smile . It’s not right in Seminyak which helps as you don’t get stuck in traffic going to and from but is an easy walk

The villas were absolutely amazing and the service was even better, nothing you asked for was too hard for them. Room was cleaned everyday with sheets changed and private pool cleaned and ph levels checked. Airport transfer was excellent with the driver helping with bags to the car, a bottle of water and cold towel waiting for us as we hopped in the car. Free shuttle was always waiting for us and had great info. The local area was beautiful and quiet with some excellent restaurants just a walk up the road. 10/10 and would recommend to all my family and friends.

Service is extremely top notch. Room cleanliness daily is wow.. Hotel location is private but walking dist to good descent restaurant. At least the service to shuttle around is free if within their approval zone

Amazing hosts. Our check-in, stay, and check-out were made great by the friendly staff. This villa isn't in the best location walk-wise, but they provide a free shuttle throughout your stay. We did have a roach problem, but this was due to a 5.3 earthquake which coincided with a tropical thunderstorm...they took care of the problem for us while on a tour.
