Wonderful!!! 10/10. The leaning tower of Pisa was right outside my window!

The view from the room has to be right up there with the very best in the world. The leaning tower is right outside the window. Room could do with extra pillows, as we only had one thin one each, which was a little uncomfortable. The bathroom was also tight. I’ll forget these things, but I’ll never forget the view.

We were able to have a late check in after our flight’s arrival time was changed to 11pm - this was no problem for the staff & they made us feel very welcome when we did arrive. We only stayed one night in Pisa but the hotel was extremely close to all the main attractions (actually on the same square as the leaning tower!) & restaurants, bars etc. when we were leaving the next morning, the hotel staff very kindly secured a taxi for us and ensured the taxi waited while we gathered our bags. Lovely little place, would recommend.

Perfect stay in Pisa! Right across from the tower, eateries and gelato shops all around and friendly staff. Our flight was delayed and we got here late in the evening but Luca waited for us, helped me with the luggage and did so with kindness. There are no lifts which is the only downside to note (traveling with my 75 year old mum) but thats the sacrifice when you are in such a historic location. Highly recommend this stay!

First time in Italy and first time using Expedia, a perfect hotel in Pisa, tucked away on a corner of the main street where the Leaning Tower of Pisa is situated. Dont let that put you off, you came straight out into the action, easy access to all the museums, architecture and bars, gelaterias and restaurants. Although busy and bustling once outside, the hotel inside was lovely, friendly and welcoming staff, the hotel was a little like an old, quaint building with stone staircase and wrought iron railings, with frescos painted on the walls. If you arrive early before check in, which we did, we went and asked abd the staff were more than happy to accommodate the luggage to enable you to walk freely around Pisa, well worth the money and the stay, perfect.

Ac not working right tried to get some water at night no one was at the reception and if you are old there is no one to help you you have to carry on your bags all the to the second floor or third floor

Perfect location to the Tower. A/C was a bit underwhelming for the hot July weather. No info in the room and no water (paid or complimentary) in the minibar. Only value for money is in the location, everything else is a bit lacking. But, only 1 day is really needed in Pisa.

Owners / management need to learn not to be abrupt with the customers. Initial stay was a solo experience but plans changed and we were then 2 and room changed to suite, asked the at check in if the 2nd bed had been made up and was told yes but it hadn’t, he was not happy when he came up as we had taken the cushions of the couch. We had to wait them for the manager to turn up and he was ready for a confrontation as no one had told him that the 2bd bed needed to be made up - no help with luggage or breakfast included.

If you are visiting to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa, this is a perfect hotel. Your view from the room literally is picture perfect. Eliza was amazing and very welcoming to our family. Restaurants are right outside of the door. Try to arrive before 8pm for smoother check in; however, employee stayed late to accommodate our late arrival which was very kind since we got in later due to traffic conditions. Highly recommend for the amazing view.

Convenient location, leaning tower view. Spacious rooms. Old style decoration. Nice and clean. Narrow staircase. The staff was friendly.
Unfortunately, he promised to call a taxi for us the next day after check out. He didn’t show up. We had to walk.

This hotel was amazing. We stayed in the family suite and had the most perfect view of the Leaning Tower, I was in shock. The actual room itself is good, comfy beds, a fridge, tea/coffee and also clean. The staff were very friendly and allowed us to keep our bags there before check in and after check which was very helpful. Even being right in front of the tower, when the windows are closed it is very quite. Overall, a really great hotel and I’d definitely recommend (especially the family suite rooms with the view!)

We were only able to stay one night, but the experience was amazing! This was a classic, well maintained, but roomy hotel.
The staff was amazing, thanks to Luke and Paul. They were friendly and helpful.
Our room was incredible. I am posting the view from our window. I sent it to a friend and he thought it was not real.
There was a small sitting room with coffee and tea, with a nice view.
I highly recommend this hotel!

Hotel was difficult to get to as all roads around it were closed and this was not noted. Confusion about check in time - booking said 2 but when we got there and wanted to drop our luggage we were told 3.

Best location to see the Tower/Cathedral of Pisa. We were lucky enough to book a room here. The views of the Plazza del Duomo are fabulous.

Excellent hotel. The place was just in front of the leaning tower. The room was very comfortable and the view was amazing. Hotel staff was very kind. Breakfast also wonderful.

Imagine showing up alone from California to Pisa, to a hotel with which you have had written confirmation of reservation for months, and discovering it is closed. There is no place to go. Not speaking Italian, it was a miracle to find some kind people in a coffee shop who helped me find an alternative accommodation on such short notice. Something went terribly wrong with this reservation. I was carrying my reservation confirmation with me. The next day, when the hotel was open, they denied there was a reservation, saying they are closed on Sunday and would never make a reservation for that day. Not good!

I hurt my knee just prior to my trip. This hotel was difficult to navigate. Numerous stairs etc. I didn’t get a room with any view which was a disappointment for us.

The heater wasnt working but eventually was fixed. The battery to tv remote was dead making it difficult since there was no visible buttons on the tv to control and was touch based. The Recpetionist was not always on duty, then again there isnt many rooms. We did communicate with the personnel that was working the Cafe and they were quite helpful.
However it is in a wounderful location and is walkable in all destinations. The room had an old fashioned feel and look which made this place unique. Plenty od restaurants to eat at.
17 euros from the train station, we couldve walked but had 4 pieces of luggage.

Great place to stay amazing location and wiews.
Nice service and employees.
On other hand terrible bad and matrace imposible to get good sleep (80 year old Great Grandma has a better bed and matrace)..
And the door connected to the room next door has a 0 soundproof so we enjoyed a snoring bear sound entire night....
I would recommend to the owners to fix the issue with the soundproofing and the spend some money into the new bed and matrace and I would give a 6 stars.
Otherwise I would not recommend this place because it is simply impossible to get decent sleep.
