Very nice classy hotel with good service. Nice bar with excellent cocktails and cool vibe. The bedroom is well decorated, comfy bed with good amenities. The bathroom is of good size with tub and a great shower. Clarins products at your disposal in the bathroom Excellent service from the concierge who recommended us a nice restaurant walking distance from the hotel. The neighborhood is ok. As we stayed only one night in Milan to catch our flight, we would have prefer to be closer to the Duomo.

This hotel is a brilliant choice for a relaxing stay in Milan. Great location with many restaurants in walking distance and 15 minutes to the Duomo and high end shops. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are modern and spotless and you will feel pampered here. The concierge was helpful with reservations and travel planning, especially if you need assistance with Italian language barriers. The restaurant is lovely and service is great but 40 euros per person for a breakfast buffet was too high. Rooms had spacious, beautiful marble bathrooms and a lighting menu (really!) that is great for travelers dealing with time zone issues. Bedding was luxurious, closets had everything you need, and robes and slippers were a nice touch. Cookies and water were also provided. We loved our stay here and the extra money we spent to stay at the Palazzo Parigi was worth the splurge for us. Highly recommend!

The staff is incredibly thoughtful & very helpful! I arrived on my birthday & they had a birthday tart & bottle of champagne waiting for me in my room!

The Wifi speed is very slow and unstable. The Towel has been using for long time and really need to replace all.

Everything was perfect, but the internet connection was weak and you had to reconnect many times even in one day to maintain internet service

I stayed at this hotel for one evening during Micam fair and it is absolutely amazing. The only, but very important, criticism would be that despite the fact the hotel is called Parazzo Parigi Hotel & Spa their Spa wasn't open and we were told that it wouldn't be ready for another 6 months or so which is hugely misleading. I am also rather dissapointed with Expedia for not making their guests aware of this in a more prominent way rather than in the small print at the bottom. I am a regular Expedia customer however in light of this recent experience I will seriously consider using alternative travel companies in the future.
