Our room was beside the maintenance room and it was very noisy.
The front staff person was not at the front for check in, or check out. Had to wait about 10 minutes.

I didn’t find anything unique or special about this property. They are the basic Best Western at a somewhat reasonable price. There was no tea available in the suite and when I phoned the desk to ask for a kettle to use I was told I would have to go to the lobby for hot water. This was around 10:00PM. I was ready for bed but had to get dressed again. I don’t use microwave water for tea. I let the front desk know when I checked out. They didn’t seem responsive other than making an excuse.

Arrived at 10pm with 2 kids to check in. Given room on 3rd floor. Kids pulled sheets and comforter back off bed. Mattress had HUGE yellow, orange stain covering most of it. Took pictures and went to complain to front desk. Given another room. Felt uncomfortable after. What can the level of cleanliness be if such a hugely stained mattress is left for people to sleep on. To imagine kids were about to sleep on and have their faces next to that!! I would have gladly accepted my money back and found a new place to stay! Terrible!

The bed was comfortable, well maintained.
Could use a better deep cleaning and more detail clean. Ensure hot coffee ready all day long (had cold coffee at 2pm, clear it was the morning coffee) remove it if you ain’t maintaining it but considering no breakfast included I wouldn’t remove it.
No pool no hot tub no breakfast. I wouldn’t return as I would expect to have some of those as a min. But for a quick overnight this was good

Room was fine, cleaners there early if you go out walkable to a few restaurants and a mall. Parking can be a pain.

The thermostat does not work , it was freezing cold when we checked in, switched to heat and got roasted out. Had to shut the thermostat manually during our stay. annoying The TV channels are the worst I have ever seen. Otherwise the room itself was good, bed was excellent.

Front desk staff wasn’t present upon arrival, we stood around for a few minutes before they appeared. They were very curt and seemed rather checked out.

This hotel worked out nicely for a holiday for my family of 5. The location is great and the area is safe and convenient. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores. The room was nicely appointed, modern, and comfortable. The beds and pillows were good and the kitchen is a bonus. We were happy with our choice, but some feedback for the hotel would be: for bookings for 5 people, please ensure 5 towels, 5 sets of dishes and cutlery; Please include a knife and some serving bowls in the kitchen, along with some paper towels or dishcloths, as well as a dish-drying rack. The kitchen was definitely lacking some basic supplies, but the full-sized fridge was great for us and the rooms were a good size. Overall, we were happy with this hotel.

The property was fine, the service both at the front desk and the restaurant was non existent. Waited for 20 minutes at the front desk for someone to show up and check me in. They flat out refused to give me a receipt when I checked out. They said thats up to Expedia because I booked through them. I was told to do it myself.

Convenient, right off the highway (Highway 97). Relatively new and overall in good condition. Some shops and restuarants in the vicinity. Less than 5 mins from Vernon's downtwn area. Hotel is a basic service Best Western with basis amenities. No breakfast provided but a Rickies Grill is attached to it. Our air conditioner was not working on a 35 degree C day and there was no one available to look at it, and the hotel was full so they could not change rooms for us. It was a hot, uncomfortable sleep. The second day a maintenance worker came and got it running. Appreciated that, but no compensation or discount offerred for that first substandard night. Not great customer service.

Very clean and we were feeling safe and comfortable. Only expedia.com not honest with their advertisement. Sorry but it says there was a breakfast buffet and pool but none. Please provide a better coffee maker. Yet, we had a good sleep and stay and well provided with towels and very clean. Thanks !

When we were checking in, we believe because we book with Hotels.com
they gave us room right across elevator, so there was noise almost whole night, people coming in and out. Before checking in we asked for room on top floor, receptionist claimed they are full. We had our doubts. She wasn't welcoming or friendly and was kind of confrontational. We stayed in this hotel before and it has change. On the top of that room was very small, tv channels selection is poor, water pressure was weak and there is no breakfast. We are not coming back.

had good size tub that works, like the flooring. The bed is kinda sunken, pillow comfortable. Just noisy where I was assigned. I was at the ground floor. Had 2 electric chargers both hog by Tesla owners.

I had a short layover stay while traveling. Reception staff were very friendly and Helpful. The room was in great shape and very clean. Visited the restaurant downstairs for supper, convenient and my meal was very good. Would absolutely stay here again.

Small, dark, ground floor room, crowded with furniture, loud air conditioning unit, loud traffic noise, strong smell of disinfectant (air freshener? Insecticide?) staff unable/unwilling to cancel a two night reservation but could accommodate me for one night only in a comfortable room. I accepted this room so not to forfeit the financial penalty. Had to scramble to find another accommodation in another hotel for the next night.

For the price the room was average. Clean, tidy. No buffet breakfast. Coffee in room was below average. Air conditioner noise was tolerable. Front desk clerk was not friendly both times we checked in. Did not offer any information on amenities.

Desk staff were not friendly and welcoming. A smile and a hello go a long way. As I was leaving there was a tall young woman who was friendly. I commented to her that it was nice to have a friendly face.
