I always try to book here when coming to Nottingham, and as usual it was high standard, from the cleanliness and cosy bed to the helpfulness of all staff.

This hotel is lovely. Brand new and in excellent condition. Friendly staff and a lovely bar / restaurant. Breakfast was great (although always limited in hotels for vegans). Only complaint is that there are few options for dinner (none!) in the area surrounding the hotel as it’s on campus. And the restaurant gets booked up quickly. You have to drive to go into Nottingham if you can’t get a seat in the Restauarant.

Booked twin but was given double room. Raised with reception who dealt with this without fuss.

The room was fine for the price point and the breakfast in the morning had a nice variety of foods.
Downsides were its located in the grounds of the university which made finding it a bit confusing.
Also during check in I was ignored when a second staff member came to the front desk over an older gentleman.

The Orchard is a lovely place to stay and was perfect for our night out in Nottingham. The room was clean and spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good too.

Amazing hotel, as someone who travels a lot for work this has to be the cleanest hotel room I’ve been in , (this is no exaggeration)

Modern, large and clean rooms. Quiet, got a great night sleep. Car parking no problem, and staff were friendly and efficient. 10 min walk onto main road to catch bus into centre. Excellent stay, will definitely use again next time.

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. We would have liked a little more choice of meals and drinks on draught but what we had was very nice and good value. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Overall a very nice stay.

I stayed for 2 nights whilst working in Nottingham. Everything was fine and I would probably use this hotel again but next time would definitely request a room in the other half of the hotel. my room was above the kitchen entrance and I was disturbed by bottles/glass being discarded into skips (very noisy) and by the refuse collector vehicle (both days I was there.) not very relaxing whilst in the room.

We work so hard just to stand still nowadays and a weekend away is a real treat, especially when you are given a wonderful, comfortable, spotlessly clean room, fantastic, warm service and excellent food. We have had a fantastic stay at The Orchard - thank you all so much, can't wait to return.

This is a fabulous hotel conveniently placed to visiting the University of Nottingham. Friendly staff and definitely worth booking breakfast.

Service was very friendly. The room spacious only issue was the shower. Not much pressure, took a long time to rinse shampoo/conditioner off my hair. But would come again.

The hotel looks so modern, clean and of high quality. The room was spotless and comfortable. There was so much choice of good quality breakfast items which was delicious.
All staff were very professiobal and made check in and check out very easy.

The hotel was lovely and clean, plenty of parking. We were attending a wedding and the hotel was ideally located. The check in and restaurant staff were brilliant.
On the downside, the drinks at the bar were expensive and one member of the bar staff could do with taking some customer service lessons from the check in staff. Otherwise we were happy with very happy with our stay and would recommend.
