Great location for what we needed, clean and comfortable, good clear instructions for our stay.

First floor kitchen was lacking mugs, plates etc so had to use second floor kitchen which was better equipped.

The room very modern and it was bigger than it looked on the photos, the bed and pillows very comfy, my son had his own separate bedroom which was warm and had a really good size as well. Windows closed perfectly and no sound or cold came in. Toilet was modern and good size. Shared Kitchen was better than I expected and we used it. Parking on site.

It was easy to get to & no problems parking - nicely out of the way of the main road. Super easy to get in with the codes and a million times better than having to meet someone to get the keys. The room was nice, bathroom / shower was nice, bed was comfortable... will definitely stay again when we're in the area.

The room itself was a bit sterile - could do with a little something on the walls or something - but that's subjective & it made me write something in here!

the double bed is too small for two persons and the sofa bed is not comfortable at all ! The one bedroom apartment is too expensive , while the triple bedroom has one double bed and one single bed and much lower in price ! the conclusion id doesn’t worth it and the street is a nightmare while crossing!

Location was brilliant, easy to find. Wifi was excellent.

Car-park was just a a a muddy, wet bog which we paid extra for early parking. Room 6 was very basic. Single glazed, poor windows so lots of road noise too. Tired looking room and bathroom. Prior to staying the owners had sent numerous "house rules" e-mails so in hindsight the alarm bells should have been ringing..... Very noisy as lots of young adults staying, no care for others, slamming doors and shouting to each other. No reception to complain to either. Complete free for all, I would imagine you can cram as many people in every room as no was of checking. As it is an old Victorian house there is no soundproofing and wooded floors don't help either. Admittedly was a Saturday evening and appreciate that people are allowed to have fun. Stayed with my 10 year old son and got a dreadful nights sleep. I think the main gripe is that we were expecting a lovely room and walked in to find a very basic, white walled box. I do think that Booking.com should take more care in making sure the pictures are correct to the rooms. I wouldn't stay again as even though the location was great the need for sleep outweighs it.

The only issue I had was the location of the key safes which were on the external wall of 'my living room'. It was quite noisy when guests accessed their keys /returned keys.

Terrible communication, emails provided in the automated messages didn't work, no answer on the phone number provided, Parking was a nightmare, I booked an apartmernt with a larger bed and certainly didn't get that so feel ripped off. Forced to use an extremely uncomfortable sofa bed as the extra large double bed bed was tiny. Some of the soft furnishings were quite dirty. I had to open all of the windows to air the place as it smelt very badly of strong cooking smells after which the place was freezing and there was no working heater to warm the place up afterwards. It says sound proffed but the trafic noise was terrible and there were doors banging all night with prople going up and down starirs. No responce to my questions about the main issues. Very poor.

Shared facilities were not highlighted in the booking info so a little surprised I needed to go upstairs to find the kitchen and laundry facilities.

This is not an apartment We had to book another hotel due to the conditions of the room... Trying to get a refund as didn't stay there in the end and management aren't getting back to me even a week of chasing... Staff stated they would get back and now stated they can't help and someone will be in touch yet no one has contacted!!!!! The River Rooms is more like a clean hostel and definitely not an apartment!!!!

My room was in the second floor and I have two large suitcases and I was very exhausted to take them to my room. The other thing that I don like it, the ceiling was short so be careful when you walk or you gonna hurt yourself. They mentioned there’s an iron but there is nothing Expensive room.
