Beautiful hotel. Staff was very nice. Loved that it was quiet part of town. Pool and ocean swimming was wonderful!

Views were breathtaking. Room and service was impeccable.

Smooth check-in and out at Reception. Concierge service very good, managed to get tickets for Three Tenors concert and local tour. Food was very good, though needs more variety.

The experience in the hotel was very nice. Everything that was promised, was delivered. The recommendations for local tours were great.

The location and views are amazing. We had me of the best meals of our trip. The aircon was not yet functional, but the front desk did offer a fan. We just left the terrace door open.

Staff and grounds are fantastic

Stayed at this hotel on previous occasions. It is a beautiful hotel with lovely pool and lido areas. The accommodation and staff are excellent as always. The only negative comment is that half board option is no longer available. Although we did use the hotel restaurants we found the menu to be too limited which was disappointing in comparison to the previous half board menu which was fantastic! Also, the restaurants had to be booked in advance and were not always available.

I have stayed at this property previously and it was just as amazing as I remembered

Recently renovated with great updates to the room and a fantastic private beach. The hotel restaurants are also very good.

Amazing hotel and service. In this periodnof covid, I ve felt very secure and all measures were taken to fell safe in the hotel. I would return any time.

Fantastic stay at this lovely hotel. Very welcoming staff, in particular the lifeguard / waiter down at the beach area who really are so friendly and kind. Beautiful setting. Wil definitely recommend and come back.

So the positives - the room had a great view + the staff at the private beach (another positive is the private beach) were fantastic. Breakfast was good also and the omelette station was excellent. However, the negatives. When checking out it took 15 minutes longer than needed as it seemed staff were more interested in having breakfast than us making our ferry. The bed....well, you might as well sleep on the stone floor. Ants outside (can't do much about that really) but a few got in and overall cleanliness was just lacking. The shower was in a corner bath which, although nice (if you minus the mould), needed a step ladder to get into and 5'10". Finally, you can hear every door slamming in the whole building and, if you want to pay for the Deluxe Sea Room, know that the breakfast bar is above and you WILL hear each time a chair is moved in the morning. So don't expect sleep. The whole place needs a revamp. But the view is nice and it is convenient to get into town.

Pleasant stay.

The grand hotel riveria was a grand stop on our vacation. The view from our room was. Beautiful. The facilities were kept as if they were brand new. Great choices at breakfast as you look at the sea. Staff was very professional and went above and beyond. Front desk even took the lead in asking my travel plans a day before i left to make sure it was covered. The only thing i would suggest is that they include a shower mat. The tub is narrow and curved edges causing it to be very slippery.

It is a really really long walk to the town. 15 minutes fast walking, by the time you get there you want to go back and rest.

Loved the lift that's takes you to the sunbeds at the bottom of the cliff. The bars have the best views with great service.

First, getting to location by rent a car was horrible. Second, my room was on the 5th floor too loud from customers passing hallway after drinks on Terrace for the two nights i stayed. But I must say front desk very accomodating.

Its a lovely hotel with great staff. Its very clean, housekeeping check if you are happy with the cleanliness. the staff are courteous and helpful.I would happily stay again.

Hotel was clean, amazing views, great location & friendly staff

I have booked sea view deluxe room but only be arranged cheaper room type (partly sea view). Reception told me hotel was fully booked and couldn’t do anything. This is really not right since I had paid for the full sea view price!!!

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location, overseeing the Gulf of Naples, with Mount Vesuvius in the backdrop. It has a private sundeck/beach and the general decor is beautiful. The staff are also all friendly and helpful. Breakfast is included, and it’s delicious! Unfortunately, we were possibly given the noisiest room in the hotel - right next to the service lift. Despite there being other rooms available (available on hotel.com), we weren’t given other choices to change/upgrade. This spoilt our anniversary somewhat

Great location close to downtown very friendly staff. Go for a see view room worth the extra cost.
