I always try to be positive, but, this was one of the poorest hotels we have stayed at. As we approached the hotel we thought it was shut as it was so dimly lit. The receptionist wasn't positive or welcoming, reflecting the ambience in the foyer. The bedroom was very small room and an even smaller bathroom. Mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. We could hear everything from the next rooms..... everything! As people came in through the night their movements and chatter resonated through our room. The bedding smelled stale and the room had the odour of smoking. There was a total of one electrical socket for two people by the beds, but no electrical socket by the desk and chair. The TV was so small it was virtually impossible to see from being in bed. The one positive - the shower was warm. If we could have left for another hotel after checking in, we would have. In light of our experience we chose not to have breakfast, in preference using one of the cafeterias in the vicinity.

Great place to stay, just over the other side of the river but convenient for everything.Quite a busy location!

I spent here a couple of nights. The property is very clean, simple but with all things you may need. In a very good position, few minutes walking from the cathedral. The staff is friendly, kind and ready to help: shout out for the receptionist who made my check-in and check-out (Jose if I'm not wrong) who's been always super kind, cheerful Ang happy to help and give good advice. Thanks. Highly recommend.

A great budget stay for the solo traveller, helpful friendly staff and great area to explore on foot. Hotel restaurant next door also fab.

Good locación

It is a good hotel well located in the city. The staff was helpful and friendly.

the rooms are not as shown in the photo, the beds are uncomfortable, there are flying insects. I think I was deceived because I never thought that the rooms would be so ugly, otherwise I would never have stayed in that hotel. You should put real photos and that customers can have the option to decide without complaining.

The towels had a strange unpleasant smell. The air conditioning was a trickle of air that we could not control , so it was hot and stuffy during the night. WiFi instructions were not only complicated although only in Spanish, so impossible to use. Overall not very impressed although this was a budget hotel although we do think if the hotel advertises a service then they should supply these services. We would not return again.

Ok room if not for the smell of mold in the bathroom. Quiet and old, needs a little TLC. Terrific location in a good area.

The hotel was horrible nothing else to say. The staff was rude at check in. The room was small and have no climate control. The window did not shut or lock. Every whisper in any room adjacent was clearly audible. The ceiling collapsed in the lobby. There was no water for one day. Everything there was dark and dreary. I guess that’s why they call it one star. Well I see it as a neutron star collapsing in on itself.

We booked 3 rooms and the in between rooms were overly noisy with adult themes going on intermittently throughout the night. All 5 of us had so many more bites than the whole of our 2 week stay elsewhere. Would not stay again

Shower size was about 80x50.Heating didn't work.Hair dryer was one on all hotel.Towels with holes.Sheet made from a film (like gor kids),so it was nosy.Smells in room was strange.WC water lowering mechanism didn't work.But first night young women in reception was pleasure.

I selected this hotel because it was the most affordable option in the neighborhood. I knew I wanted to go house hunting in this part of town because it is safe and close to the center. There are three main people who work at he reception. Two women, who are very similar looking but they are not the same person. Both of the ladies are nice, but one of them is so kind, friendly and helpful. She made my short visit so nice. There is also a man but he is kind of a grumpy person. Also, youre supposed to leave your room key at the desk when you leave to go out. I liked that because I knew I wouldnt have to worry about losing or breaking it because it is made out of plastic.
