Centrally located. Felt safe.

I liked best the ambience of the hotel: it is located in the city center, near the Malecon 2000; but the interior has a garden-like setting with the pool and a cool, big and color changing gecko sculpture.

Great customer service, the best part is the lobby greeters , super friendly and always willing to help. That is the real ECUADOR.

Great Hotel

This place is a beautiful hotel all around. The breakfast buffet was amazing, staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and the location is great.

Site was great. Staff absolutely excellent and services also. Only problem was lack of blankets on beds, and not enough in each room in closet. Otherwise fantastic

The property was wonderful. Exactly as pictured. The best part however was the staff. They were completely reliable and more than helpful in every way. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only one small problem was lack of two blankets in the double rooms. The beds had only sheets and one had to put on the blanket.

Excellent place to stay in downtown

The hotel and the staff were amazing. They did everything to make sure we enjoyed our stay. The premises were spotless. Check-in and check-out was as smooth as can be.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. They waited for us at the airport and brought us right to the hotel. The hotel was welcoming and clean. The staff was so friendly and eager to help. The breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE. I’ll recommend this to hotel to everyone!

My husband and I spent 10 days in Ecuador and fell in love with it! We ended up staying at this hotel 3 times in those 10 days, simply because we adored this place. The grounds are beautiful, the breakfast is amazing, the customer service is top tier and the staff is always friendly. There is a pool, a steam room, a gym and an area to play board games! It's so fun to walk around this place. There are so many things to see and do right here. There are plenty of places to sit and relax and enjoy yourself. The rooms are so comfortable and clean and the room service is delicious, too! The hotel is 15 minutes from the airport. You can walk out the front doors and you're in the heart of town! The price is unbeatable. We cannot wait to come back (and we will)! HIGHLY recommend. If we could give this place 10 stars, we would!!!

We have stayed at this hotel twice now while being in Guayaquil to do mission work. The staff speaks wonderful English and they are very friendly. The hotel is very comfortable and the food in their restaurant is wonderful.

Beautiful, safe very clean , love the pool and all the amenities. I will stay here again.

Everything good except shower over bath which worked well but was dated.

Nice room, good staff , we have free water and they are very accommodating. We have issue with the pool and they staff seems listening and helpful with our concern. We have free shuttle to and from the airport. Nice stay
