Only downside is shower over bath combination. They are slippery and dangerous. Would prefer shower only. Otherwise an excellent hotel.

The hotel is in first rate condition, room had a view of the canals and as it’s not a touristy are, git a perfect nights sleep: I’m only giving the area four out of five because to tell the truth, there’s not much there beyond a couple of bars and a couple of restaurants that seemed to close early (if you want something to eat, dine early, I couldn’t find anywhere close to the hotel to go to after nine in the evening)

Great central position to explore all the Hamburg sites. 15 minute walk from U3 station. Opposite hotel route 2 and 6 bus route to central rail station. Reasonable selection of restaurants around opera house 12 minute walk away

Well appointed, excellent location, big car park (for which the entrance is stupidly narrow- but this isn’t the hotel’s fault). The rooms are well appointed and the restaurant is wonderfully over a walkway which for which it and the restaurant are picturesque.

Front reception staff are absolutely brilliant, great service and friendly. The rooms were clean and modern.
On a minor note In the bar there were 3 staff but all more interested in cleaning rather than serving 2 single guests. Maybe the service spirit from the front desk could rub off on them,

Hotel with exceptional situated within Speicher Hafen and that close up to Hamburg Center. The Rooms we had was placed facing the harbour channel. It was quiet and with a fabulous view towards the city centre. Service from all staff was great. Nice restaurant in historic “Cafe Börse”with excellent break first and evening menu. Did not have time to go to the rooftop placed Sauna Spa area. May definitely need to go for another visit.

The Hotel staff was friendly, the rooms were quiet and very clean. Parking was conveniently attached to the hotel. This hotel is located on a canal and everything you’d need is in walkable distance. We enjoyed our weekend stay.

Had a Big birthday to celebrate and the staff was super attentive and helpful ..so nice and super clean and a great spa and surroundings…absolutely worth a visit. Genius attached parking (28 for 24 hours).

Unfortunately I booked this stay for the New Year's Eve in Hamburg. Upon our arrival to the hotel we were told that the hotel is overbooked. We were then transferred to a poor quality hotel where the service and stay was not exceptional.
