Worst hotel in Barranquilla they over charged you yes because, for no reason! Dirty bathroom! Terrible beds and dirty pillows! Please stay away from this hotel in Barranquilla! You will regret it later!

We checked in and when we got to our room. There was a lot of water by the window. Apparently they have major leaks problems. We could see that the window was previously repair, however the problem still exist. Their staff is super nice. We were move to a different room.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel and I love everything about it. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Loved all of them.

Our stay here was “ok” and just that. The room we were first given smelled very musty and humid, and we needed to request a different room. They moved us the room beside that had been just cleaned (floors were still wet but atleast it smelled good). Having stayed in various Raddison hotels in the past, I wouldn’t really consider this a Radisson hotel and definitely not a VIP hotel as we were treated kind of bluntly by the front desk when we mentioned our reservation was VIP and were told they don’t do that, once we showed them that our reservation was in fact a VIP stay, they changed their excuse to say they had no availability for VIP amenities. The room was quiet, and the area was safe/walkable. Parking is available.

I like the place a lot that I’m gonna come back but they need to fix the AC in the gym and also get new equipment because if they do that a lot of people look for these things from the United States when it’s day I do I need to gym the pool and a good place to eat in the room everything has to be in working condition Other than that I enjoyed my stay.

The room I had featured the most poorly designed bathroom sink ever. The sink was raised with the faucet dumping water at the edge of the sink, meaning anything you do will splash water everywhere. The shower was not good and the hotel is old. However the bed was ok (not great) and WiFi was decent.

Clean economical room. Very responsive staff that goes out of the way to help. Breakfast was average. But I liked the room and the bed. It was firm and supportive. Furnishings were simple but that’s ok. It’s a good value property that is in a nice safe area close to Buena Vista.

Highly Recommended for couples and families. Great staff, great breakfast, great atmosphere. Jeniffer on the front desk is delightful and Wilfred on Bell Services is a service master. Luis Coco on the restaurant was a well experienced server and very attentive. Thanks to all that work there. From the cleaning staff to the General Manager. They all went above and beyond on service I will be back. Definitely! Tip accordingly, dont be cheap...Tip!!!

Very convenient location. Walking distance to shopping center, lots of nearby options for dining. Clean rooms. Only issue I had is the light in the air conditioner unit in my room that couldn´t be turn off so I had trouble sleeping.Recommend taking a sleep mask.

The front desk staff was amazing. I little confusion between the elevators on which one going to the garage which one don’t everything else was fine. the guys on the night shift did a phenomenal job, they were super helpful and nice.

I love the location and the pool. Breakfast is pretty good.
The only think I didn't like is the Air Conditioner is not powerful or cool enough so my room were always hot during the day.

Faces a great location in a corner. Nearby to all restaurants, fast food, and transportation. Breakfast was great, hotel and room is well kept, clean and a spacious. Front desk is attentive. Pool is small, gym is limited and needs to machine improvements. Over stay was okay. Just perfect to stay while out all day.
