Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel was nice and quiet and accessible to other locations in Denver.

We came for a venue at the baseball field and this was convenient, clean and the staff was great

In Denver to visit family. The hotel is absolutely perfect for our needs and the hotel is clean, secure and worked with me on a room request. The suite room is plenty of space which is always clean and comfortable.

I can’t really comment on my check in because when I got there I was informed there was no room available and had to be moved to a different location. I specifically choose that hotel based on its location and was moved several miles farther away

The hotel was very good. We had two rooms; one had an air conditioner problem the second evening of our stay, but staff did all they could to help us be comfortable, and overall the experience was good. We would definitely stay again.

Pros: Good central location between the airport and other tourist attractions. Also close to Target/Walmart for groceries. Free parking. Continental breakfast. In-room kitchens with dishwashers. Free onsite laundry. Small pantry/store for convenience. Manager's social hour. Great front desk staff, all super nice! Cons: Cleanliness - I lifted the sheets to check for bugs (as I do at any hotel) and saw some pretty bad stains on the mattress. The room overall wasn't very clean, lots of dust and fingerprints everywhere especially the kitchen. I ended up wiping everything off myself with Lysol wipes. Our dishwasher soap tray and the ice maker in the fridge were both broken - not a big deal, just annoying. We also had sewage smells coming from the shower one day, not sure if it was a plumbing issue or what. I reported it to the front desk but nothing was done. Thankfully the smell went away the next day. Continental breakfast is available, but the food isn't great. The pool was open late, but the water was FREEZING. There's also no hot tub. TVs are very old - you have to scroll through the channel guide the old fashioned way. A printed list of channels in the room would have been appreciated. Overall our stay was okay and we made it work, and some of the amenities really were great (ie, free laundry). But the lack of cleanliness for the price and having so many other options in Denver, I would not stay here again.

There is breakfast included which had a varieties of food from 7am-9:30. It was nice to not have to worry about buying food in the morning. The kitchen is fully stocked to use the kitchen, we didn’t cook but reheated and made lunch. I didn’t feel they left enough trash bags nor was the kitchen trash a kitchen size which left us always asking for bags. The housekeeping service was ok. They didn't vacuum. Pool is small and indoors, and the laundry is free which was very convenient. If you don’t have a credit card on file they charge you more for the stay. Location is about 20 min from downtown. We are across the street from many stores and places to eat if you don’t want to drive far. We went for a soccer tournament that took place at Dick’s Sporting and we were only about 4 mins away which made it easy for us to sleep in and get there just in time for games. Overall it was a good stay just not a super active hotel. It served its purpose.

Horrible experience. Choose to pay at hotel when check in and when i got there my room was given away. They gave me a horrible reason as to why. They said my card was declined but i had not even given them a card to try. They were all sold out which is interesting because if it was true my card was declined they should still have my room to rebook. They gave us a king bed room for 4 people for that night. Our room was an accessible room because my daughter just had surgery on her knee and needed the restroom to be accessible. They did give us a 2 bedroom studio which was great but still had a horrible experience. We just left after 3 days when it was suppose to be for 5 days

Fabulous room, excellent for large families as it has two separate bedrooms, two separate bathrooms and a living area space.

As always so far, a great experience with staybridge suites. Super new and the best location in the area. We had a soccer tournament in the Dicks sports complex and definitely was the best decision

Very nice location for walkability to neighboring outside mall with restaurants and bars. We went to go to Bass Pro and spent a good half day there.

Staff was great. Room was very clean and well maintained

Booked a room paid a premium rate and did not get room we paid for. Went back to front desk lady would not give us the rate for room we booked so was ober charged. Room has window a/c units so anyone can slide window open and enter. We left and im calling credit card for a stop pay. Hotels.com could not reach front desk and they said hear back from them in few days

Staff very helpful and friendly. The free use of laundry machines is a plus !

Everything was great

I wasn’t expecting a luxury hotel or anything. However, I would at least hope that the carpet wouldn’t be staying with Kool-Aid and other substances upon my arrival. Fortunately, I had Clorox wipes with me to wipe down a lot of things. The hotel itself was not filthy, but let’s just be honest, the pictures on the Internet, clearly are clearly photoshopped. The staff was very polite and courteous. The elevator is extra slow. We took the stairs several times because we got tired of waiting for the elevator. This is not a hotel that I would go back to.

Clean and Comfortable. Daily breakfast, small kitchenette with refrigerator and microwave oven. Washer and dryer, located in the laundry room, was free to use but needed to purchase detergent at front desk. Manager cocktail session on Monday-Wednesday afternoons. We had a nice stay. Especially liked Ashleigh and Mia who were very friendly and pleasant.

Hotel has the worst costumer service. Sent my crew there on business and they had nothing but issues checking in. They asked for a credit card authorization form and we when sent back the guy said this won't work you need to check box for all charges even though card was only for incidentals. Then after checking out they charge my employees card for the room even though his card was only for incidentals.

I like the property because it's nearby stores and dining areas. Also I like how quiet and it felt safe it is
