This is a unique hotel. The pros are the daytime staff, Rolando, and Oscar. It is clean and offers a spacious room. This hotel could be so much more if they had a refrigerator or coffee pot in the room. If they had a guard rail coming down the stairs as if you’re on a higher floor, it would be very treacherous, there is a restaurant upstairs in fact above the unit we stayed in, but no one told us that . it would have great views the bed was very comfortable. It is not far from the walking streets of the town, but it is up here so coming back you do have to walk up here and know where you are walking to.

Great location and service. Friendly staff. Can be a bit damp in the month of July. Otherwise, the rooms have plenty of blankets for warmth.

We sure enjoyed our stay. It was a friendly welcome and they assisted us with our bags to our room. Real attention to detail is a highlight at this hotel. Flowers in the room, a nice greeting on the TV screen, a warm welcoming letter. The restaurant had good food, service and the staff was always helpful. We slept in a big comfortable bed in a nice peaceful environment. It was all good. We wouldn't hesitate for one minute to return there.

Iris and the staff is really nice and make you feel welcome and at home! I really enjoyed the upgrade, the amenities, but specially their warm and kind service!

This place was sparkling clean and the staff members were friendly and attentive. Rooms are very spacious and comfy. This place is close to the main walking areas in San Cristobal. I would definitely recommend this place. Notice that it does not have parking on site. Finding parking lot it’s not that easy but it is not impossible either. I parked on the street.

The gentleman who assisted us during our check-in process was extremely rude and harsh. Was bothered when we asked for extra towels. Loved the hotel! Hated his service!

The hotel was located within a 10 minute walk of the city center, breakfast was amazing, very spacious and clean rooms as well. Overall solid experience there.

Great staff, specially Iris, she was soo nice. Terrible to get out from your car into hotel, narrow street. No parking lot. Good breakfast

Wonderful place. About a 5 minute walk to the center of town. They make a wonderful cooked to order breakfast every morning. Fast wifi in the room. Very gracious staff. But they speak little English. I would definitely stay there again and San Cristobal is a lovely town.

Great hotel ! Very nicely decorated and their food was amazing. Will recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to San Cristóbal. Would stay there again.

Probably one of the best hotel experiences that y wifei have ever had. The room was beautiful, the grounds, the staff. Iris at the front desk was always willing to help and gave excellent service. David was a great host every morning for breakfast and he went out of his way to make us feel at home. The food was great, location as well. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Give yourself enough time for breakfast. It is a bit of a labouriois process.

Shocked when we were shown our rooms. Not as advertised, not up to our standards, no view. Not within walking distance to the central activities. Amenities were refill bottles. Room sleeps up to 6 people, not for a couple.

Close to everything that there is to see in San Cristobal. It is located in a very safe area and you can walk everywhere... The room had a beautiful view of town. It was cute and clean... I loved it!

조용한 것은 장점. 아름다운 산크리스토발의 경치도 좋음. 공기 맑고 별 많이 보임. 조식 not bad.
침대방, 화장실이 2개에 넓은 거실.
여성 스탭은 친절함.
실내가 안락한 느낌은 아니었고 다소 우중충하고 눅눅한 느낌. 좀 오래된 느낌. 샤워실에 들어가기가 내키지 않았음.
