It’s a good place to stay only thing I hated is that key for room dis activates every day after one, and I stayed there for four days

Staff were nice. Not sure why the hotel had a girl stand guard over the entrance to the restaurant. She wasn’t friendly and served no purpose. She didn’t even open the door. Guess she was checking to make sure nobody ran off with the dishes.

My favorite place to stay in Tepic. Love how quiet is and the Hacienda like environment. You'll wake up to birds singing ahhh .. so nice. Love the tree in the middle because birds sleep at night in it and makes it very special experience listening to them.

I tried to check-in my first night. My reservation was for ONE SUITE with a King Bed. The hotel did not honor either! They did not have a suite and they only had a room with two double beds.
I left and went to a different hotel!

We stay in Las Palomas every time we go to Tepic. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are always clean. Parking attendant is also friendly and helpful.

Nothing wrong with the hotel but, the train pass through the city, about 5 blocks from the hotel and makes lot's of noise.

Great and affordable place to stay. It's very clean and comfortable. I have stayed at other hotels in Tepic and this one takes number one place for it's cleanliness and comfort. The rooms in la herradura have back patio doors that lead to the beautiful garden.. Highly Recommend This Hotel.

Great hotel, feels safe and secure. Great price. Comfortable beds, Very clean and spacious rooms.... bed sheets are sparkling white... only one issue during our stay- the A/C was not working properly (but the temperarure was good so it didn't matter). I highly recommend this hotel.
