The staff were attentive to my needs. The hotel location was wonderful. My room was spacious and comfortable. The proximity to stores, restaurants, and entertainment is excellent. I highly recommended this hotel.

The location is wonderful. This was my first time staying in Querétaro. I found many restaurants and stores at walking distance. I loved my room with lots of space. The balcony was a plus. It didn't bother me the street noise and/or the church bells (hearing the church bells was refreshing). The hotel staff were friendly and always treat me with courtesy and respect. I will come back and of course, i highly recommend this hotel to friends and family. Thank you soooo much for making me feel special and welcomed. I also received a bottle of wine.

Hotel was comfortable, clean, well located and within walking distance of many thing. However, our room was loud where you could hear street noise and church bells. Towels were thin.

Nice hotel, friendly professional staff. Water pressure low and no power to your room if there is a power failure. Generator only powers the main floor.

Unique old hotel in centro, just what we were looking for! Right on the central Jardín and lots of fun activity around the area on the weekend.
Service was first-class. Cleanliness was good. The only small negative was no wash cloths in the room, but some were brought up within minutes. Also, the shower liquid soap and conditioner were empty.

The hotel is good. Could be a truly great hotel, the building has SO MUCH POTENTIAL. But it’s a bit dated. Nonetheless, if the hotel is simply to sleep and rest, shower, and have your stuff, this hotel is great. Fantastic staff.

Check in was absolutely easy! The hotel lobby and hall ways are extremely nice and fancy. The rooms are spacious, but you can tell certain things are old/cheap. To be picky, the iron and board were very cheap and it was hard to iron shirts. Lastly, the air conditioning unit didn’t really work. Aside from these things. It was a good stay.

This is one of the BEST kept secrets of Queretaro's downtown. The staff, in particular, Gaby, Jonathan, and Vandia, are not only PLEASANT, helpful, but polite and their customer service skills are great!

Beautiful ! great location but most of all hotel staff are incredibly friendly and helpful always with the smile on their faces… Not to mention the restaurants downstairs great food live music that creates a great ambience.

I enjoyed my stay here, the room was as described and very importantly - the AC worked well (it was very hot while I was here). Staff was also very friendly and attentive - there was an issue with my door latch and it was fixed quickly with no fuss. Location is also great, but beware that in the evenings there is often loud live music nearby which you can hear from hotel room and that seems to go to almost midnight. Two nights of my stay there were brief power outages but they were brief and did stop the music. If you go to bed early, you may want to look for another location that is not as central as a few nights I found it hard to sleep due to noise.

I always love visiting Queretaro and staying in the historic area. The staff are very nice, and the rooms large.
They have rooms facing the courtyard (which can be noisy and music starts early) or the street. They don't have a fitness center, however I prefer to walk and see the sites anyway.

The breakfast was deceiving. A few choice, and no breakfast the saturdays and sundays.

Clean room and facilities. Area super noisy. AC noisy and bathroom super small. I had a suite that it was very small. The bed was king size and comfortable. Area around safe and good restaurants.

The staff was most helpful. What I don’t recommend is their breakfast which you pay extra for isn’t worth the cost.
Other than that, it’s a beautiful hotel.
