Habia ruido en la mañana y nos tocaron a las 10am

This hotel does not worth the cost I have spent. My booking has breakfast included, I paid higher amount, but at check-in they said breakfast in not included, they provided and email address and ask me to send copy of my booking showing breakfast inclusion, which i did and they reply with yes, however, at breakfast they had again told us to pay for breakfast, when I showed them email reply, they were ok, but it was not convenient and not nice. Room was small and they did not give city view despite hotels.com booking said city view.

I like it a lot, maybe not the best option if you are looking for a super quiet place (my preference). The hotel has some restaurants/bars around and it can get quite noisy.

A complete dissapointment. They did not comply with the VIP offers. Room service send me a breakfast with no salt at all. Of course when they corrected it was late. In room telephone had no service, so I had to call from my cell to front desk. Restaurant service was bad, I had lunch there and they had no bread/chips, sauces or any other thing to accompany your meal. When asked for, the waiter just said "we don't have any". When reporting this to front desk, the lady only responded "we'll pass the report", never saying to who and what solution they will provide. They need to learn from their competitorsthe importance of customer care. The area around is noisy, with loud bangs from the cantinas up to 4am. Not nice for a quite sleep even I was on the 7th floor.

Ubicado en la zona de Centro Sur , junto a la terminal de autobuses, es un hotel básico, limpio, el piso estaba un poco deteriorado. Suficiente para nuestras necesidades.

The staff was very friendly and make sure my stay was perfect, but the AC stop working around 4 am and was moved to a different room which I had the same issue.

A modern hotel, immaculate and well attended. The pool however, was cold. Perhaps the pool heater was broken. We didn’t inquire about it any further. But overall, we would stay again provided that the pool were heated.

The room was very clean and undeniably sanitized. The staff was attentive and most courteous.

I had a pleasant stay. Location was easy to find from main road. The swimming pool was spectacular with a beautiful view of the city.

This is one of the poorest Fiesta Inn I stayed in. Service is absolutely HORRIBLE with untrained Personnel

Las instalaciones son relativamente nuevas. La primera vez que me hospedé aquí, estuvo muy bien todo. Por la experiencia buena, decidí hospedarme de nuevo, pero en esta ocasión, el cuarto olía mucho a cigarro, el frigobar hacia mucho ruido (falta de mantenimiento), y existía un ruido entre las paredes que nunca paró (supongo que era el sistema de agua), buscaré otra opción de hospedaje la siguiente vez. Staff muy amable.

Great location on the newer parts of town. Hotel is fairly new and although we were not able to access the pool due to pandemic measurements, it has an amazing view

The rooftop pool is really nice and the rooms are big and spacious. All areas of the hotel were very clean

Nice Hotel with conveniently located. There is a heated pool on the last floor with a great view of the city.

Rooms are nice modern and comfortable. Good location, but look at your irons for stains that can transfer to your clothes. The dinning staff can forget about you at times like asking for a coffee 3 times... And waiting 20 mins for a check... Overall nice experience though.
