like big space apartment, don't like old pillow, stiff spring bed and old deflated sofa.

Older, very unclean rooms. Walls, sheets, dishes and floor were all dirty and had multiple stains. They didn’t change the sheets since the last customer until I asked, you could see their hair on the sheets still. No amenities. Didn’t clean the room each day, didn’t take out trash. Tons of bugs. No heat at night. No extra towels or blankets. Dishes in the apt still had food and grease from the last customer. If you need a place to stay and no where else is open, this will work. Otherwise choose a different hotel. Not worth the price.

Overall the room is ok but a bit old. Its strange that they don't provide towels but offer a rental of RM10.00 each.

Towels were not provided. Shud hav written in ur website. So upset with this. Very difficult to buy towels at nearby shops furthermore gave headache to guests!!! It is a normal practice for any resorts to provide towels❗️❗️❗️

I came for a vacation with my family last weekend (30/6/18 - 1/7/18). ended up with extreme frustration. I was allocated at room 428 which totally messed up. The room was very smelly, mattress and pillow had staines, bathroom was slippery, dirty and mossy. Cooking utensils provided but was oily and dirty but no dish wash provided. We was totally disappointed with the receptionist whom was very rude and unfriendly. The room condition does not look the same as what shown during booking. This property is highly not recommendable to anyone.

Nice apartment and good location. But the tnb substation in front of the apartment was slightly destructive the view. The rest is good

Decent place. Rooms were comfortable. Channels on the TV were not bad for the place. View of the golf course provided lot of green to look at. Somehow though the bathrooms the water kept flowing out of the bath area and wetting the floor.

Very good place to vaction.... Highly recomend to my friends... It like happy to stay at iris resort... I will come again...

Located in quiet environment. Near to night market. Cheap price with 3 bedrooms apartment.

Was happy to have such a clean and spacious 3-bedroom apartment right next to a golf course; unfortunately the view is not so good as there is a Telekom Malaysia building and an unfinished construction site right across the street blocking the course view.
Facilities are as expected, but I wasn't aware of no breakfast provided, only board. Maybe I did not read thoroughly the description or it was not posted (??).

We were a group of old friends attending a friend's son wedding at the Smokehouse nearby, location was excellent for us. There's only one parking lot per apartment, other cars had to park outside. No cooking was allowed, there's no cutlery nor plates nor pots. Shower screens were broken and usual excuse of waiting to be repaired. Only positive is location.

the room is lousy, not clean and dusty. Almost all equipment is broken or almost spoilt. i will not book this hotel anymore , ruin my holiday mood.

How do you feel when you bringing your love one to have a nice weekend but turn up _()^_(%%)$%&%...IN the booking stated the booked room comes with a private balcony but reallity is NO balcony, the receiption not helping at all.. they said if we book thru the web they will give us a room without balcony. Now I dunt no who is the liar????
FYI this is not my first time having a holidays in CH via hotels.com before this was OK....
