I do not recommend staying at this residence. I do not expect a hotel amenity, or customer service. But I do expect a comfortable stay which this residence is unable to provide. I booked an ocean view. They have security guards downstairs and nice lobby. We had no issue checking in. The room was very noisy throughout the day. The noice is from hotel staffs. When we complained, the front desks staffs claimed it from construction and from other guests and there is nothing they can do to rectify the issues. Our stay was not comfortable because they didn’t help solve the issues. However after multiple complaints and escalated to the manager. They did refund me one night. I modified the review to reflect that they did try to address our concern after the event. We were hoping that they could do something during our stay so that we could have a comfortable stays. I hope you will have better experience than ours.

The noice is from hotel staffs. When we complained, the front desks staffs claimed it from construction and from other residences which they cannot do anything about it. However, I did not hear the construction noice. It was loudly chatting noice. It started at 630 am and lasted throughout the day. Despite multiple complaints, they could not rectify the issue. When we were downstair talking to the front desk, one of the other guests were also having the same complaint. He said he booked a 30 days stay and it has been this loud for the past 30 days. The best answer I got from the front desk is that this is residences , not hotel, so we cannot do anything.

The staffs very friendly and helpful.the manager was excellent go all ways to help us. We love the ocean views. Thank the staffs at The Costa very much. Pat

The location is convenient!

Best hotel and view ever

This property was within walking distance of the beach, stores, restaurants and more. Great location, we felt safe and the apartment was super clean.

Very upset with my booking experience. I booked the best suite with 2 bedrooms with 3 beds. And the Day of my arrival they told me that they only have the suite with 2 bedroom 2 beds or downgrade me with the suite of 2 bedroom, 3 beds to a smaller less nice suite and also $50 less expensive, but to compensate they would give us breakfast. I was very upset. Because I was forced to choose one of those options as they would not cancel and refund me even though they couldn’t not give me the original suite I paid for and booked The breakfast was horrible and the downgraded room was not nice and is not a 5 star. I’m still very upset about how they handled the situation. I even asked them if they can at least charge me for the lower room price as we need the 3 beds and had to downgrade and they Would not! They still kept my money.

Central location. Spacious, clean, and convenient apartment. Comfortable beds. Great view of the ocean. We stayed at several hotels on Tran Phu street before, and Costa is much better than those by far.
