Use this place often great view. Easu to find.

I understand that you get what you pay for but the towels and linens were dingy, the floor was truly filthy (visible piles of dirt and mop residue was left along the edges of the floor) and there is nothing else in the room. The staff was nice both for check in and check out. The best thing about this place was the parking availability which is hard to come by in Ensenada.

The hotel was very old and the parking was crazy. Get back early to get a spot. The water was shut off for over two hours, while they "fixed" the pumps. Funny that the fountain and bar still had water. When we checked in, we were told that the Expedia price that we reserved was incorrect by $38. That if we wanted to check in, we would have to pay the higher rate. WE WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. STAY AWAY!!

Needs renovation, no fridge, microwave, iron, towels too old. They run out of water!!!! Can you imagine? I was in the middle of taking a shower!!!

The service , had to ask three times to go and turn the a/c on . The Tv did not work . They never came to fix . Would not recommend

We stayed at this hotel several times in the past. The view to the harbor with the cruise ships is beautiful. The location is perfect to go out to eat, shopping, walking to all the attractions.

THE HOTEL WAS RIGHT IB THE CENTER OF EVERYTHING WE NEED

Location is great, we could walk to shopping and dining. We had a view of the Marina and it was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the ships. The bed was comfortable and the staff were all friendly and helpful. The room could use an update, mainly the bathroom and the lighting was not great.

Liked that everything was close by. Didn’t like that the rooms smell like cigarettes, old dirty carpet, furniture and the bathroom was old and tile cracked and falling apart. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room needed maintenance. It was falling apart. Shouldn’t complain, you pay for what you get . However, the view was excellent and walking distance to most restaurants.

Room bathroom was old. Floor and wall tiles are old . filthy around shower door and all around the floor in the bathroom and in the entire room.

The downfall was that our room got no wifi connection. They did try to accommodate us by moving us to a different room so that was kind. Parking was packed but they do have someone at the gate at all times ensuring who goes in and out
