Comfortable accommodation, it had everything we needed, within walking distance to the beach and shops. Regarding cleanliness, apart from the dirty walls and the cutlery drawer needing attention, the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Friendly staff and easy parking. We would stay there again.

When i arrived i just wanted to cry because it is very run down, it needs to be renovated, it's old and very dirty. I really can't say anything positive about this place . We were on the top floor without a lift! Our mattress protected had yellow stains on it. The shower was very old and dirty. It ruined my holiday to be honest . I never attempted to soit on the sofa because it stuck and had stains on it , the carpet the same, the blinds were broken. Wifi wasn't always working and it was pricey . Never,ever would i recommend this place not even to my worse enemy.

Beautiful property and very central to the beach any any shops you might need. The pool was well maintained. My low rating was due to how hard and uncomfortable the bed, couch and all furniture was in the apartment I stayed in. There was nowhere you could sit, relax or sleep in comfort. It felt very unwelcoming in that respect. I couldn't stay there again as my body ached from the first night till the last. Dust was an issue in the apartment with the bedroom having a thick layer of dust in the mirror and pelmet. The fly screen was very torn in the bedroom but there was no insect issues. The shower had mould around the screen. Be aware that this apartment does not have any lifts also. It's a shame as if only there was comfort and a little more care with cleaning I would visit again.

Refrigerator didn’t work. Odd smell in the hallway.

Very close to the beach, cafes, restaurants and bars. Spacious rooms, nice surrounds, easy to walk everywhere.

An older building in a nice part of the coast. The apartment was showing its age and all the fittings showed evidence of many summers use. The furniture was old and dusty. There was evidence that some renovations had taken place with a new AC, newish fridge, new sink in the bathroom and new doors to the laundry recess. But the couch was very old and dirty and the tables and side tables had lived a long and useful life. Overall though the location is great, there is off street parking and restaurants close by.

The sofa bed in room 35 was rock hard, not a bed at all. No pressure in shower.

We arrived late due to the reception closing earlier on Sunday and flight delay, and got one set of keys from the box outside the reception. The unit is using double locks by sharing the same key and the top lock (dead lock) should not be used, however, nil instructions about that before we attempted to unlock both of them. We eventually opened the door after trying multiple times. Once we left the unit, and realised we can not open again. So we have to call the reception staff to come to fix it. We were told we will be charged $40 for the after hour call in fee. This can not be waived even though there is no notification before receiving the keys . This is very unfair!!! Also based on the booking, hair dryer is included, but no hair dryer found after hair wash. We have to ask for one in the reception on the following day. On the 1st night, we sat on the couch to eat and found there are so many sands on the couch. We have to clean it up on our own before meal.

Very difficult to come and go from room with a pram. No lift? Room was nice. Bit noisy from neighbors at times.

Close to beach and restaurants cafes we were on 3rd floor and stairs were difficult with luggage enjoyed our stay there pool was great

Lovely and professional owners. Apartment great value for money, has everything you need. Clean, quiet, and a great location for the beach and local shops/ cafes.

Was ok. But tired

Disappointing. The unit was very small, tired and under-resourced. An example is the 2nd bedroom has clearly been converted from a double bed to two singles - however due to the position of the single beds the door is unable to be closed. Not worth the price paid.

We stayed in a unit rented by our daughter, which was fantastic; on the lower floor, plenty of crosswind for ventilation, and it has been beautifully renovated. So we decided to stay an extra night when our rellies returned and booked the last available unit in the same block. Unfortunately this space hadn’t been touched for a few decades and was a dark, dingy dive!; especially for the price!!

Basic accommodation at a reasonable price. No frills, but all we needed for a quick overnight stay. Manager arranged an extra car spot for a second vehicle.

I had a really wonderful stay. Such a fabulous position, easily accessible to all parts of the Gold Coast and just 3 minutes walk to a beautiful beach. The complex and the apartment were fabulous and very comfortable. A special thanks to Eva who helped with my late check-in, my heavy bags and was always available and helpful. Thank you, I'll be back!!

We didn’t end up staying the night. This is falsely listed as a hotel however is individual apartments. Pictures were not of the unit we were given. There was no elevator for our luggage and we were given a room on the second floor. This place is not accessible. But the real reason we left besides the hallway/unit smelly musty and of cigarettes was because it advertised air conditioning that the bedroom did not have. When we arrived the unit was hot. The unit itself has an air con in the from of the unit in the living room. 30 feet from the bedroom which has its on separate enclosed room where the air conditioning did not reach. When we requested a refund the manager suggested we sleep on the Sofa in the living room because that’s where the cooking is which was an unacceptable suggestion. The entire unit was hot. This is not a hotel. It does not have air conditioning in the bedroom. We were not given a refund despite not staying in the unit due to being mislead of its amenities and condition. The manager was unwilling to be reasonable with the fact that the bedroom does not have air conditioning and therefore we were mislead by false advertising.

My son is attending Bond University and we needed a place to stay to get him set-up and into his dorm and this an Uber drive to the University. This is a nice, safe neighbourhood, very close to the beach, close to cafes and restaurants, and local merchants. The property Managers, Dave & Eva were great, they made it feel like you were staying with your favourite Aunt and Uncle. Felt a bit sad at the end of three weeks when I had to return home. When my wife and daughter come to visit my son, they will be staying here.

Great location in Nobby Beach, close to shops & beach. Apartment was nice, wifi was good & balcony view was pretty. Overall a nice place to stay.. the only thing I had trouble with was the windows in the bedroom, they didn't close / seal shut properly, so a cold draft was coming through in the evening. Getting into winter it wasn't so comfortable, had to sleep in a hoody, trackies & socks.. Used the extra blanket that was provided but it was a bit smelly.

even though it was just behind the gold coast highway we had no noise at night. The bathroom could do with some updating, but unit was clean & fairly comfortable. Beach a 2 min walk down the road.

The apartment was spotless - cant fault i on cleanliness - service great: manager responded very swiftly with a replacement kettle, However, condition of a lot of the furnishings, eg lounges & bed, were very worn & not comfortable - good enough for an overnight, however longer would have lead to some back issues I feel. .

Great location, closes to the beach and shops. Good walks close by and public transport just around the corner.
