The room was nice but not relaxing. We had an adjoined cabin and the people next door, who seemed to be talking in a regular voice, sounded like they were right beside us. I could make out every word. It was around midnight when they got in so we didn’t have a restful night at all. It’s luck of the draw here I suppose but something I believe people should be aware of.

For a National Park Lodge this lived up to every thing we dreamed of. It had exactly what we needed, a place to sleep, to shower and food! Perfectly located within the park. I will say if you arrive after sunset understand its going to be pitch black which makes for great star gazing but hard for driving. Also if you are reserving from and here and arriving late call them so you can get the correct access code.

Our cabin was very clean, comfortable and well outfitted. We especially enjoyed the fireplace and the quiet. The one negative was that some of the food and drink service ranged from amateurish to downright surly.

NIce one day visit to ZIon, shuttle excellent, but for older couples the open hikes were hard.

What an absolute dump. I don’t think I’ve ever given a property such a poor review, but everything is lacking. The rooms are not clean. The common areas smell horrible. Tons of deferred maintenance all over the property and horrible smells. Whoever manage this property into the ground should be fired because it is such a gorgeous location with such an absolutely awful hotel.

OMG !!! This was amazing, the sunset between the cannon is spectacular. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the park. The cabin was spacious and convenient. I would definitely coming back. The breakfast was really good and with those views!!!!

The Bad the room smelled very bad musky smell that hit everytime you walked in, Carpet felt damp. The main restaurant onsite was not very good.
The Good- The chairs were comfy, eveything worked and it had a nice deck with Rocking chairs that were nice. Location is great being in the park.

Zion is a beautiful place, the lodge is like a lot of national park facilities. A little run down, dark, outdated and overpriced hospital cafeteria food. Being inside the park is great but I wouldn’t stay here again. The lack of food choices and the fact that town and amenities isn’t in walking distance would be the deciding factors. The quiet and beauty is spectacular.

Springdale is basically in the park. Beer pub along the river. Then 5 min away stay in the park at the lodge. Deer and baby turkeys roaming among the people in the law. In front of the lodge. Sheer red cliffs in the backdrop. Great service. Great atmosphere.

Beautiful location and surroundings. Great accommodations! They have no concern for whether you can get into the lodge area. They didn't bother to send our red tag with the code and then sent an email after we had already started our trip so a shuttle bus had to open the gate for us.

Beds are comfortable. Rooms are a little noisy.nice having a balcony but it was quite dirty. All staff were polite and courteous.

We enjoyed the property and staff and views, of course!
The grill restaurant at the lodge was ok. Food was only average.
Salad bar looked like leftovers, so we passed.
Breakfast scrambled eggs seemed like powdered eggs, breads tasted old and stale.
What a shame for such a lovely comfortable lodge.

In order to get to the Lodge we had to punch in a code you gave us at a gate. The code you gave us was wrong and we had a huge back up behind us and lots of angry drivers as we had to call the front desk to get the correct code.
Please correct your emails with the correct code # 31235 !
We mentioned this to the front desk people but they said you knew and don't do anything about it. this is absolutely unacceptable. Please correct your check in instructions.

This is the place to stay for Zion National Park touring. Bus to all the sights, hiking trails, and even connecting bus into town if you want a change of pace meal. But hotel has a dining room, casual food eatery (food must be eaten outdoors in nice eating area), and an outdoor beer vendor with a few snacks. Rooms have patio/balcony with unbeatable views. Alpine horn players on lawn in afternoon.

The cabin is lovely but because it’s a duplex, you hear your adjoining neighbor. It was very convenient to stay in the heart of Zion. Good experience.

Historic hotel inside the park with lovely walks directly from hotel grounds. Reataurant on site with good food at a reasonable price. Room was very comfortable with a spectacular view from the balcony right off the room.

The location is by far the best location to be when visiting Zion. It’s very beautiful and is located in Zion National Park. The staff is friendly and helpful.
