No ac, useable wifi, television. No bedside reading light, too dark to read. Guests above very noisy, hotel unable to deal with this. This was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant stay and I couldn’t wait to leave.

Was hot, not clean, see through toilet paper. Awful restaurant, rude and snooty.

Terrible experience at the property. Front desk staff is rude and do not understand what it is to provide a service. The cabin was dirty and had insects inside. There is no air conditioning and the cabin was very very hot. Checked out after 30 minutes as the place was unhabitable. Had to drive 50 minutes to find another hotel so my children could sleep. Avoid at all costs.

Property under construction—understandable but nonetheless not professional. Elevators didn’t work either.

Very nice room, only issue was 2 queen beds, no kings. Lovely setting. Much better value than the Old Faithful Inn. Not historic, but you can walk to the Inn and experience the history that way. Super close to Old Faithful Geyser, and the great Visitor Center. Not a large selection of eating places, but the Obsidian Dining room was great for breakfast and dinner!

Floor wasn’t dust I had to sweep the floor for my kids to walk on it, not much Toilet paper, also I thought breakfast was included and it wasn’t, I had requested extra towels and blankets for our arrival and none of that was delivered until 9pm when were ready for bed. I wouldn’t no be staying here again.

The Old Faithful Snow Lodge is beautiful and its' walking distance to Old Faithful and the numerous surrounding geysers make it a prime destination location. However, that all falls away due to the poorly trained staff and workers at the Old Faithful Snow Lodge. We had interrupted our exploration of Yellowstone to be at the Old Faithful Snow Lodge at 4PM for check-in. Upon arrival, we were told our room was not ready (no cause for alarm, that happens) and after talking with the cleaning crew, the front desk staff informed us our room would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. Not enough time to go do anything more than visit the gift shop - we came back about 30 minutes later and now waited behind multiple other people checking-in, only to be told our room was STILL not ready. We were told that our room would absolutely be ready in another 30 minutes. We had wanted to take a shower and change out of our stinky clothes before dinner (had been out hiking the majority of the day) and the on-site restaurants do not take reservations and with the amount of people already waiting to be seated, we were looking at not being able to eat dinner on-site and taking the hour and a half (one way) trip to West Yellowstone for dinner - so we attended dinner at the Obsidian restaurant as is. Skip forward - our room was still not available FOLLOWING dinner. Our room was not available until AFTER 7PM (more than 3 HOURS after the check-in time) Dinner was even more awful. Untrained waitstaff...

Great lodge like setting very convenient to Old Faithful and some nice trails.

This hotel is right near Old Faithful. A very nice facility, clean and comfortable. The staff was great- friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was not clean, hair all over the tub, drain plug damaged preventing my wife from taking a bath, and the children running around down the hall and in the room above us until 11:30 pm prevented us from getting any sleep.

The Snow Lodge cabin was very spacious and comfortable. It is the best place to stay to watch Old Faithful at any time of the day and several times a day if you want. In the evening managed to get a shot with a Bison next to it. Convenient place to visit the surrounding geysers. Only drawback to this area are the limited dining options.

This property had some construction going on at the time we visited; but, it did not interfere with anything we wanted to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I considered our trip to Yellowstone and the three different places we stayed while we were in the park to meet our needs and each place had its’ own unique features. This location offered the most options for meals. I would suggest to those planning to visit the park, to bring games/activities for the evening hours when you will be inside. This lodge did have an area with game board tables and the front desk had game pieces for them.

Soap dispenser was empty. Shower curtain had mold and mildew on it. Paint was peeling.

A great place to stay and a central location to visit the many sides of the park. The room was clean, comfortable and somewhat bigger than the rooms in the older hotels in the area. The hotel was close enough to the Old Faithful Inn where we walked to in the evenings to enjoy the incredible lobby and nightly music.

No tv in the room. Other than that I have no complaints. Nice room.

The snow lodge was a nice hotel with most staff being very friendly and helpful. We liked our room, which was very spacious. It was easy to hear people talking in the hallway so whether you can enjoy a quiet night is pretty much up to the others staying on the same floor as you. In its dining room we had a waiter that completely failed to serve us. He ignored our table for most part of our time there, never brought us water and the drinks we ordered, and in the end gave us the bill that included the drinks he never served. The food was below average. So we walked to the Old Faithful Inn restaurant next to the lodge for meals during the rest of our stay. The Inn provided much better dining experience and very decent cappuccino at its espresso bar. However there were a lot more tourists doing sight seeing at the Inn, making the lobby as noisy and hectic like a circus. So I would recommend sleeping at the lodge and eating meals at the Inn.

Need better window coverings especially on ground floor. If i can see out ...they can see in.

Road was terrible. Took 45 mins to get checked in. No tv, no mocrowave or fridge. Food choices were terrible. Wont do this ever again

Very bad

When we visited temps ranged from 20s at night to low 40s and this is a cozy warm place to stay. We cracked the window at night and were very comfortable. Only downside was our room wasn’t ready when we arrived at 6:30 pm. We were asked to wait an hour and then it was ready. The staff were very nice about it, just frustrating on our end after a very long day of traveling. I highly recommend staying here when in Yellowstone. You can’t beat the location and the accommodations are well maintained.

The check in personnel were annoyed that I asked several questions & were not very knowledgeable.

We were in a cabin. I was not careful noting our reservation was NOT in the lodge but a cabin. It was not the delux accommodations I envisioned. I made the reservations in Feb, in plenty of time to correct that! I got no alerts beforehand about road closures, construction. To get to the cabin was difficult because of potholes. The gravel and dirt tracked in terribly, the bathroom was so tiny it was difficult to use the toilet. I loved the beds and being in the old faithful neighborhood. I felt a bait/switch happened from the Inn pictures I signed up for and the cabin. There were no rooms at the end even though I offered to pay any additional cost. Tuesday there was a kitchen fire so we had to shift to the lodge for breakfast. The staff did a great job of accommodating and the lodge was amazing but crowded. That delayed our park visit. I really felt disappointed that our room was not in the inn….I was Not ready for the rustic cabin. As expensive as it was for 2 nights, $540, during the off season I was sorely disappointed. And construction marred the view. A rebate for all this things would be greatly appreciated.

Other than the location, it’s just a mediocre hotel at best, no TV in the room, room is pretty tight compared to other two queen beds we stayed at …
