Rooms were large

Location was central to a lot of activities
We arrived during a snow storm and the parking lot after took some time to get straightened out

Two bedrooms! Sleeps 5! Everything we needed to cook, do laundry if needed and save money with a family. And it was nicer than just a hotel room! Pool and hot tub were nice! Snow was amazing!

It is a great location, just on the south of town away from the highway. Easy to access snowmobile trails and walk to restaurants and shopping. The large plowed parking is wonderful for trucks and trailers. The room is comfortable and clean.
Some maintenance repairs need to be done. The exhaust fan in the master bathroom did not work. The timer on the gas fireplace didn’t work, the fireplace stayed on until you manually turned it off. Not great if you leave assuming it will shut off.

Fantastic stay: clean, well equipped with laundry in apartment, short walk to shops and restaurants, friendly staff.

Beautiful property with a great special $$ during winter season. The 2BD 2BA condo was quite large and well appointed; and very comfortable for relaxing and sleeping. The front desk personnel and manager went out of their way to accommodate our last minute booking and needs !!
Noise in the hallways; don't expect the property can do anything about loud people & kids.

Would have been better if there had a breakfast complimentary
Internet was charged and we couldnt use the TV even though we paid good amount for the hotel.

Our suite was located on the end of the building which made it very quiet. We like the large parking area for our full size truck and 25 foot trailer.
Our suite was located above the laundry room and we could feel the vibration of the washing machine in the living room. I would suggest doing the wash during the day when most people are out and not at night.

Hot tub was nice. Rooms were clean and roomy.

Location and unit size
No hot water after 2 showers. Maintenance came out reset breaker and reported heater only working on 1 of 2 heating elements. Also reported this was issue but no replacement. We managed without by waiting 2 hours for hot water but not ideal.

Covid so no amenities. Location is great.
If they’re stating that they’re cleaning better than before covid.. then I’d hate to see how nasty this place was before hand. Night lights in bathroom won’t work, exhaust fan doesn’t work. Can lights starting to fall out of the ceiling door bumper fell out of the wall. Hair in the tub food in the furniture. I thought it was a pull out sofa only reason I found all the food. I wasn’t looking for any faults with this place. Check In time 4pm we got here 730ish plenty of time for them to attempt to clean.
