There was no internet service and breakfast area was very crowded.

This location was right on the main drag thru town and 1 road over from west entrance to park (remember its exact change $35 or card to get in gate). The room was huge, I had a king bed, and of course the norm now is 4 pillows on the bed. And the breakfast was good. Thanks for a nice stay!!

the location and the staff were great! the breakfast was wonderful! They also have a patio which is super nice to sit and enjoy the night on!

Location was convient to shopping and food. Breakfast options were good and pet friendly.

Pool wasn't open. The fridge was in a weird spot so it was hard to get in and out of. The pet friendly rooms were not clearly marked on booking.com so staff had to switch us, which luckily they still had a room available when we checked in.

Asked for 1st floor and did not get it

The staff that was there the morning of June 15th was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had good choices each day, my son loved the waffles. The location was amazing.

The staff that checked us in the evening of June 12th was not very friendly. They did the bare minimum.

The breakfast on Sunday was horrible old fruit not great eggs one barely any choices while the breakfast the next day was really good good eggs two different kinds of sausages that fruit was fresher was like weird because it was like two different breakfasts the Monday one was much better. I had complained on Sunday and one of the people said oh it’ll be better tomorrow so maybe the staff on Monday or just better about putting out a nice spread.

Check In staff were very friendly and helpful. It was very much appreciated that the room was warm when we arrived on a cold, wet and windy day

Place, timing and type of breakfast could have been explained. However easily worked out and the breakfast already included in the price was plentiful and good quality.

Room was clean, spacious and in great condition. Better than average options for breakfast. Good access to YNP.

The staff was very attentive. When the smoke alarm in our room had a dead battery and started beeping, I removed the battery and brought it to the front desk. They had someone replace it immediately. Also, loved the staff overseeing the continental breakfast--they were very kind and happy to make sure everyone had what they needed.

I felt a bit funny about the front door to the 2nd building being unlocked at all times. Seems like the key card to the room should be able to activate a lock on that door, as well, for safety reasons.

First of all, the staff was exceptional! Very friendly and offered helpful information about the area. Great location! It was near the west entrance to Yellowstone. We could easily walk to nearby restaurants, also. Breakfast was included. There was a laundry mat next door which we took advantage of.

There was no elevator, but the men at the desk offered to bring our suitcases to our room.

Front desk people were awesome. Food was just fine for a complimentary breakfast, and great cookies at night. We brought our dogs ( well behaved) there’s a giant park right across the street….this place is right close to everything….

The restaurant action was poor. Our last night we just said screw it and went to Mc Donald’s. Don’t believe you internet reviews there all lies….Don’t waste your time at the Three Bears…oh boy.Denny’s is better.

Breakfast was very good every day. Staff excellent.

Excellent customer service especially Spencer and Sue. Great price, clean and spacious room. Great location, close to restaurants and minutes away from Yellowstone entrance. A good variety of breakfast compares to continental breakfast.
