Very nice staff to answer all our questions. We went early and got in without reservation to eat directly across the street at Reykjavik Kitchen for delicious food. It fills up fast and oddly enough they turn away at half capacity. We had 2nd floor corner view of downtown. Will be beautiful when construction projects are complete. Great location near to rainbow St.

I returned to this hotel for my second trip to Iceland. Convenient access to everything in Reykjavik. The road in front on the corner is under construction, but it didn't impact parking or foot traffic, and we were unaware of outside noise (our room was on the other side). The room was spacious enough for 3. Breakfast was delicious and accommodated both American and European tastes. We enjoyed the spa facilities in the basement. We were able to wear the robes to Sky Lagoon, where other visitors were jealous they didn't think to do the same.

It was difficult to find the hotel, due to road construction and insufficient signage— but once we located it, everything was very nice.

Really liked this hotel. Excellent position for walking into the city, quiet area with restaurants & small supermarket nearby. Room was spacious, had a Nespresso machine, iron/ironing board and a good size bathroom. Breakfast was good, spa area was clean and great to have. The only current issue they have is roadworks nearby which meant that pick-up/drop-off for tours took longer than normal. Would happily return.

I stayed in this hotel both at the beginning and at the end of a week in Iceland. It's close to restaurants and shopping downtown. It has a lovely bar and restaurant. No complaints at all, except that more parking could be provided.

They need to improve their customer service. Check-in service is too hard. We are a group of 20 and used Expedia to make our reservation. Some of our group received early check-in but we did not have the same benefits. They also received free drinks and we did not??? Because we booked it Travelocity and we are not a premium member. Once again, thank you It is more negative feedback from the front desk representative. One of the front desk representatives I believe she is from Spain argued with me after waiting for at least 4 hours for early check-in she stated that due to the cleaning crew choosing and picking and making the decision in early booking. No urgency on their side. She was very unprofessional. Would I refer my friends and family to stay in your facility? Definitely not. There are a lot of center hotels in the Rejakavick area that I'm sure have an excellent customer experience to offer. I'm very dissatisfied customer.

Comfortable accommodations without too many frills. What stands out is that the staff are absolutely amazing. They took great care of us, including when my 8 yo son got sick on our first morning at breakfast. Someone rushed over with chamomile tea without us even asking. They were also very helpful with directions and advice on where to go. We would stay here again.

Convenient location if you do a fair amount of driving. Also has great access to downtown shopping and dining. Staff was great. Everything was super clean and orderly. Rooms are small but functional. Will stay here again.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Excellent location, very nice hotel. We enjoyed also the hot pool at the spa. They have an excellent restaurant on site. The staff is very nice and friendly, particularly at the bar and restaurant, they also seem to be getting along so well it gives a good vibe to the place. Highly recommend.

Construction out front of hotel and lack of parking was disappointing after a long days of traveling

We stayed twice (one night each) at this hotel during our vacation. The first time we did, one of their employees made a mistake with our booking. They acknowledged their mistake and went overboard with ensuring our comfort by giving us several freebies well beyond our expectation. Beyond being blown away with their efforts to make things right for us, the hotel, the room, the staff and the service were top notch. I would stay here every time we visit Reykjavik.

The spa and fitness area is wonderful in so many ways. On an esthetics note, wouldn't the inside spa be enhanced from the unattractive dark gray cement walls if an artist (and there are plenty in Reykjavik given some building art) were to paint a mural of some typical Icelandic landscapes? What a vast improvement to that area! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very nice property! Current construction around the area makes access a bit difficult until you figure you just have to drive on the wrong side of the road to get around d a blockage. Parking for hotel guests only limited. Nice outdoor spa. Rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable bedding. I was told upon checkin that breakfast was included with my room(s), but found out in the morning this was not the case. Breakfast was expensive so we walked to a coffee shop (there are many close by). We would stay there again
