Truly enjoyed our stay at Athens Studio. Clean, comfortable, with friendly helpful staff. The breakfast was nice as well. The location was also perfect. We could walk to everywhere we needed to be. There is also a fabulous restaurant across the street that has great food and great prices. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing wish I'd come with a partner romantic but need car to get around. Cleaning lady was extremely helpful more so than host who was also pleasant.

We stayed for 3-nights before a cruise so we're carrying sizeable luggage. Here is my honest assessment of this hotel:
1. Location is ideal if you want to explore the areas near & around the Acropolis - w/o taking a bus, train, taxi, or even in Athens. The Acropolis Museum and the Parthenon are just a few meters away -- main reason we chose this hotel in the first place. We missed them in 2022 & 2023 but not this time around - we explored the nearby areas also & took our time inside the Acropolis Museum & the Parthenon - knowing that our hotel was just nearby!
2. The entire hotel itself is clean, We had a balcony room on the 4th floor. Check-in was fast & a keycard was issued -- just to turn on all electricals inside. The door can be opened by a code (not via the keycard) issued upon check-in. There's also a security door (also with a code) to enter the property - nice security feature!
3. The elevator (like most in Europe) is small. Could fit probably two big luggage & one person. Could fit 4 persons (no luggage) - but cramped.
4. Free breakfast is included in our booking but the menu (scrambled egg & sausage in a bowl, bread, coffee & some spreads for the bread. Catsup seems hard to come by) stayed the same during our entire stay. We only had the free breakfast once & just settled for the morning coffee the rest of the day. There are restos & bars nearby for all budgets.
5. Space inside our room is limited but the balcony is big - but no spectacular views.

We did not get the room we booked. We did not get daily wine. They did not replace toilet paper and coffee. We were immediately above a noisy sports bar. Much to expensive for what you get

This hotel is located very near the Acropolis museum and several restaurants. There are plenty of bus stops nearby as well.
The bed was quite comfortable (coming from an American who is not used to the typical European firm beds). There is also air conditioning and a balcony, which are super nice conveniences in the hot summertime.
There is a breakfast assortment included with the stay that is pretty good. There is also a small sports bar, wine bar and laundromat right downstairs, as well as a nice restaurant right across the street. The staff is wonderful! The people who we interacted with were so helpful and happy.

It's located in the heart of the old town and within walking distance to Acropolis of Athens. It is quiet and has a lot of dining options nearby. The hotel staff was super friendly and spoke good English. The view of the penthouse is unbelievable with unobstructed view of Acropolis and Parthenon, especially at night.

We stayed in this lovely little studio apartment which is right on the doorstep of lots of great little restaurants and cafes as well as the acropolis museum. Only a short walk and you’re in the middle of all the beautiful quaint little streets where there are some amazing restaurants and gift shops. Great place to stay.

Nice staff but property is definitely not 4 star as indicated on the marketing and Expedia. Maybe 2.5 max. If I had not been led to think I was taking my wife to a 4 star hotel, it would have been no problem, but when we experience the property and it’s clean and friendly but not 4 star, I definitely think others should know why it may seem like such a good deal.

We enjoyed our stay here at Athens Studios. The balcony was amazing for a little drink at sunset - although the actual view is obstructed by other buildings. The location was incredible, right by the acropolis and a strip of great restaurants/stores.
Great with holding luggage before and after check-in.
Sports bar downstairs was cool and made it easy to mingle with other guests.
No complaints whatsoever.

I strongly believe that the photos on the webpage are misleading. Our room in the second floor was more of a hospital room than a studio. Further, we stayed on a weekend and while that is no one’s fault, the noise from the street is very loud, anyone that comes with children should consider this. Unfortunately I would not recommend this place.

Could not be a better location for anyone wanting to be near the Acropolis and all that this are had to offer. Fantastic restaurants and felt very safe. Elevators are extremely small which made getting luggage to the room a challenge. It is in the heart of the city with an abundance of restaurants and bars so don't expect it to be very quiet (especially if sports like soccer are being broadcast on TV) but the staff are extremely professional and helpful.They are there to make your experience in their hotel the best it can be and they succeed on every front.

This was the perfect choice for our quick stop-over. We had two rooms -somewhat hostel-style and not pretty, but good value for money in the perfect location down the hill from the acropolis. We lucked in to the perfect Uber driver from the airport who recommended we had a drink at the restaurant overlooking the acropolis when we arrived at night - AMAZING!! And only a 10 minute walk from the hotel.
Oh and breakfast was actually GREAT at the hotel, contrary to other reviews!! Took a while to check us in but the staff were extremely nice

Very nice stay, it’s very centrally located and very comfortable. The windows didn’t have black out/any shades so it was really bright in the am. The room itself was very spacious and had a great shower size. It is above bars and restaurants so it was kinda loud at night
